They were able to fit us in within the hour and gave us recommendations on what to do until then. Turns out there was nothing visibly wrong with the tire, no holes or anything, so they couldn't do anything on the spot. They didn't charge for the inspection and filling up the tire. My car was overdue for a state inspection and the possibility of needing new tires. I called Duval's Service Center on May 2nd to schedule an appointment. They scheduled me for May 13th, which gave me plenty of time to reschedule more important things. I dropped my car off at the agreed upon time and was told that they would look at it that afternoon. One guy was nice and the other was not. Oh, to be pretty and young again. I never received an update from them. I called and it went unanswered. I left two voicemails and haven't gotten a response. I emailed the address listed on their website and haven't gotten a response. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays which means I will not make it to my medical appointments this weekend and will probably miss my appointment on Monday. Had they told me that they weren't even going to look at my car at the appointment I had made well ahead of time, I would have never left my car with them. They have my car and my keys, so I have no way to get to anything I need to get to since hiring an Uber would be way too expensive and I cannot afford a rental right now. Scumbags, all of them. This is why I hate ever needing anything automobile related done. I wanted to reach out via Twitter, but their account has been suspended for violating Twitter's rules. They looked, found nothing, "we added some lube, had three of our guys drive to see if they could tell. They didn't feel it, but definitely bring it to Subaru if you keep having an issue.
