AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). Here's the kicker: two separate adjusters confirmed there was no roof damage noted on the intake forms when the car arrived. Even Moody's own intake documentation doesn't mention a crack. That should speak volumes--if the damage existed when I brought the car in, it would've been documented. But it wasn't. When I spoke with "Chris," who handles Teslas at the shop, I explained that I didn't think I should be responsible for a deductible on damage clearly caused while the car was in their care. Instead of having a conversation, I was dismissed with a sarcastic "sounds about right," as if my concern wasn't worth his time, and I was just going this the money. It felt incredibly disrespectful. This isn't just about a cracked roof--it's about accountability. Accidents happen, but when a business won't even acknowledge the possibility that they caused damage while your car is in their hands, that's a serious red flag. I'm now forced to pursue legal options to recover the cost of the damage. I call Friday afternoon to remind him that I need a sticker, so I would not have to go back and he tells me, " it's looking like tomorrow". Saturday rolls around, I drive by and my car is still sitting in the same spot in the lot. I needed up taking my keys and breaking my car loose.
