Ray and his amazing team of drivers never let me down. The cars are always immaculate, there are phone chargers and bottles of water available. They are early for an on-time pick up, every time. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I called them and explained my nervousness about car sanitation and driver wearing mask. They took time and explained that between each ride the chauffeur disinfect vehicle. Chauffeur now wear mask and provide guest a mask in case the guest don't have one and offer hand sanitizer. They greet guest with a slight bow instead of a handshake. They did as they said over the phone after I landed the driver was waiting for us wearing mask and the car was very clean. Overall a great experience.

BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Sorry, but reliability is critical for limo services and this was a complete failure.
