I visited the store in Nashville today with my daughter. I planned to purchase 2 pair of boots and my daughter 1 pair of booties. patiently waited for someone to come check on us. No one ever did...in their defense, they were busy. I then went and pulled one of the boots that I wanted off of the shelf and patiently waited again. I saw sales representatives assist other people that came in after us. I still didn't think too much of it. I then walked to the register area with one of the boots that I wanted to purchase in hand. I tried to make eye contact and smile to a couple of sales representatives, but no luck...totally ignored. A couple of them saw me...looked me in the eye. I finally saw a sales rep walk out from the back and pretty much had to raise my voice to get her attention. I asked for her help with my size. She told me they didn't have it. I asked maybe in a different color, she still said not in stock. She did say there was a huge shipment in the back that they had no idea what was included. We were so excited to have our first Lucchese's. A huge disappointment! read more

Exceptional customer service. Exceptional quality boots. I visited Nashville and tried on boots here, which I did not buy at the time ($$$$). Two weeks later I was still dreaming about the boots I'd tried so I figured I'd splurge. I couldn't find the style on their website so I called the store and described the boot. The sales person took multiple photos of various styles in the showroom that were similar to what I described, emailed me the photos (they found the one I described!), allowed me to purchase over the phone, and sent them overnight at no charge. The boots are INCREDIBLE quality. They feel like butter. I recently walked almost 5 miles in one day wearing them and my feet never hurt. After looking online at their broad offering of boots, I took a trip to the store to try a few paid on and take some home. Unfortunately, they carry a fraction of what is online. And when I did find a pair to try, the didn't have a men's 11 (OR 10.5 OR 11.5). Really? The most popular size of men's boots????? Waste of time..... read more

There was nothing country or western about my visit to Lucchese Nashville, except that I bought two pairs of the finest handcrafted cowboy boots known to man. The store is much more like a Rodeo Drive boutique than a western wear store. My sales associate Courtney was awesome. Very knowledgable, courteous, and even gave us a beer and a glass of wine. They only sell boots from the top end Classics line and if you are price conscious, this is not the store for you. No buy one, get two free deals here, but you will walk out with an heirloom on your feet. read more

Beautifully made boots, great selection, and fantastic sales staff. I've been on the hunt for a perfect pair of gorgeous boots for a few years, and found them here! I cannot thank this store enough. I had two pair of Lucchese handcrafted boots that were to big for me. I was in Nashville and stopped in to see what could be done. Courtney, my salesperson stepped up big time. Really worked hard to get them fixed right. Later at home both pairs were sent to me. 1 pair fit great, the other hurt my foot. I explained the issue to Courtney on the phone and sent them back. She understood AND was able to fix. They are now more comfortable then ever!! read more

I wanted to buy my husband a pair of Grand Caiman boots for his birthday. He's a size 15 1/2 EE no store carries his size. I called Courtney at Lucchese's in Nashville 3 months ago and she helped me get a custom order done so we could pick them up when we came to Nashville for his birthday. She was absolutely amazing to work with and made sure they were perfect. When we got there, Courtney was off and Denise helped us. She offered us Bourbon and wine while he tried on his new boots and then help us choose a pair of boots for me. This store, the customer service and employees are fabulous! read more

Very disappointing. The store is beautiful and the boots are the best (I already own four pairs) but the service was nonexistent. I spent over fifteen minutes looking at boots without so much as a greeting, let alone an offer of assistance. I finally left and bought my boots elsewhere. read more

I am not a western type gal but was so impressed with the quality and wide range of choices. The quality of course speaks for itself. Our sales associate Courtney was knowledgeable and very professional. She invited us to have a drink of beer or wine of your choice! My husband and I love Lucchese boots, and we were super excited to visit the store while we were on Nashville. Sadly, the sales staff didn't share our enthusiasm. We were not only not greeted when we walked in, but it took a walk across the store to get one of the sales people to come over to the boots to help my husband. The salesgirl checked the computer for his size and then called over that they didn't have them. It seems if you have someone wanting to try on one pair of $2000 boots, and his size is not there, you would help him find others in his size. We went back to the main drag and found a super helpful and friendly salesperson at the quirky Big Time Boots. Lots of Lucchese there. Sometimes the high end fixtures just aren't enough. read more

Went for one pair of boots, left with two! Make sure you get Courtney as your sales associate....super knowledgeable and has a great eye for matching the right boot with the right person. I've had boots before that rub or give me smelly feet. But the Lucchese's I bought here are amazing. My most comfortable pair of shoes, stylish and landing me loads of compliments. I tried on a hat and they abruptly and rudely yelled at me that "it wasn't a prop". I decided to take my business elsewhere because of their impressionably awful service. Not to mention, there are four other better boot stores within a one block radius. I would never go into a store that is rude and detestable to their potential customers. Would not recommend to any people looking for quality boots for a fair price. read more
