We assume they'd dumped their excess liquids under our trees. Now, we can't fertilize those trees, because they turn brown if we try. A tree expert said that their roots were probably damaged irreparably. There's more, but you get the point. I'll only add that neighbor's Rocco-crafted yard is crammed with mosquito-attracting plants. And covering those plants with poisons means killing the birds that forage there. Which is, I believe, why we find 4 or 5 dead birds in our yard each year.
