It seems like good work, until time goes by. I had an insurance claim car repaired there 4 years ago. I recently had a scratch from concrete on the side of the repair. I come to find out that City Collision did not use primer under the repainting, as well as did not replace the damaged quarter panel - causing it to now rust. This was a $6,000+ job at City Collision that I am now paying out of pocket to CORRECTLY repair. read more

OK so it's been a while since I've actually been here but it is definitely worth noting since I've been to other places since my car has been at this shop that this place is hands-down the best autobody work that I've personally ever had. I had a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta that had two busted headlights, lots of bumper damage, crimped/dented/distorted hood from a fender bender. I am so glad my insurance had this place listed for bodywork, the car was in excellent condition before the accident & it came out of this auto body shop looking brand new, I can't remember the guys name that helped me but he was also very nice, answered all my questions, if he missed my call (once) he called me back right away, it's hard to find a place that makes good money and still values every single customer. I'm sure my car wasn't the most important repair at all but they made me feel like it was top priority. End points, experienced knowledgeable, great customer service, respectable and all-around fantastic professionalism with auto body repair. On your scale of 0-10 our answer would be 0. I am a cancer patient and my husband is a student. We have one vehicle between us because I really don't drive much due to my medical issues. Thank god we did not need our car for a medical emergency. We are giving you a 0 because my husband dropped off our vehicle for a minor repair after waiting for an appointment for 2 months. He dropped the car off on Monday August 8th. We were told our vehicle would be done by Friday August 12th. However, on Thursday August 11th my husband called you about our vehicle. No one knew anything about our car. Turns out not one thing had been done and you had to locate our vehicle. Your excuse was the person who had our keys quit and walked out. Well here is the problem. Instead of telling us you were sorry for the inconvenience and knocking some money off for the repair. You decided to tell my husband he could pick up the car for the weekend. Then he could drop it off again on Monday August 15th or take our vehicle somewhere else for repair. No inconvenience there!!! Well wasn't that a slap in the face. We are repeat customers and you had just done work on our car in June. This is absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced!!! We would not recommend your shop if it was the last place on earth to fix our vehicle and believe me everyone we know will hear about our horrible experience with City Collision. You may think you don't care because people are waiting months to get their vehicles repaired. The problem is word of mouth will eventually catch up with you. If I was the owner of City Collision Inc II I would not be happy with the way you handled your screw up. Took my car to City Collision II after being hit. Read reviews beforehand and they lived up to the wonderful reviews! They were pleasant, professional and even sympathetic. I gave them the estimate from the insurance company and they handled everything else. I didn't have to schedule the rental; they had the rental there and ready when I dropped my car off. They kept me informed on the status of the repairs. They even touched up some chipped paint on the hood which was unrelated to the damage. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Great service and staff. My car was towed here after an accident. I was notified of my cars damages and costs( which was being covered by insurance). They kept me informed of any new updated on my car everyday and finished the car on the day they estimated it would be done. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs. They get the job done and do it right the first time. My car looks better than it did before the accident. They even vacuumed and washed my car free of charge. read more

Took my car in due to an accident which left my car looking pretty rough with cosmetic damages. Luckily, It was covered by insurance. The entire front driver's side corner, wheel well, and rims were damaged. ANYWAY...after the guys at City Collision had my car for a couple of days, I got my car back looking like NOTHING had happened! In fact, the car looked years younger!! They even too the time to clean the inside of my car, I wasn't expecting that. My dog rides in the car with us a lot and the inside was full of dog hair. Looked in my car and it was spotless. I'll admit that I probably wouldn't have thought to come here if my accident hadn't happened directly in front of their shop but I was amazed at the professionalism and service they provided. From coming out to check on me during the accident to following up throughout the process, they were polite and helpful. I was in an accident that was not my fault, and this was one of the recommended places from the other person's insurance so I took a look. I was impressed by the shop with its cleanliness, and the amount of work they had. Only bad thing I have to say is I had to wait a little over a month to get my car in to be looked at, although it was worth waiting. I do not have a very fancy car, but I took take very good care of it and I could tell that City Collision still wanted to do their best work to make it look great. I could tell that there was time taken to make sure the paint was blended and looked better than it originally did. I've had work done here previously with great results on my old car. I had a little hit and run on my mercedes suv. It wasn't too bad but I was upset about it to say the least. Took it in for an estimate and they polished it on the spot and didn't charge me. Still some scratching on the clear coat but without a full repaint this won't come out.
