i finally caved and came here for a lash lift, and my technician Tran T was incredible. i've been getting lash lifts from a different place for several years now (thread bar), but decided to change it up after never being fully happy with my lash experience. while definitely more expensive, Tran did such an incredible job with my lashes that i don't think i can go to anyone else. she was so patient and sweet, and explained everything about lash lifts (and also about lash extensions since i inquired). she was very knowledgeable and made sure i felt comfortable. i never knew there were so many different types of lash lifts, my old place never gave me a choice in curl. i feel like this experience truly opened my eyes to what a good experience should be like. Tran was so warm and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. i didn't experience any discomfort during my lash lift (vs at my old place i often experienced burning/tearing) and i even fell asleep for most of the appointment. i rebooked for 6 weeks and can't wait to be back! read more

Horrible customer service. They called me several Times and texted me to change my appointment time and then just cancelled on me right before the appointment. When I asked to speak to the manager all of a sudden they were able to keep the appointment. I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated that i cancelled. Waste of time. read more

I got a last minute LED lash appointment with Liz before a 3 week trip. Not only was she quick, efficient, and made my lashes look amazing - I was blown away by how well they held up over the 3 weeks! I'm talking sweating in them, scuba diving, rubbing my eyes, probably all the things I shouldn't do I did and they were somehow still looking just as nice by the third week. I hate leaving bad reviews but do not recommend this place for brow lamination & tint. Brows looked worse on the way out than on the way in. The person working on me was sweet, but didn't ask my brow preferences and didn't say anything when I tried to share them. Hair was left that should have been removed and the hairs were essentially combed into the shape they were already, but thicker and longer, accentuating the sparseness of my brows, instead of shaping them up. Right brow is also darker than my left. Pretty odd looking! read more

I went to Lucia Lash and Brow for my first ever microblading service with Tomo. It was absolutely a game changer and I am so beyond pleased with my results. Tomo took the time to first make sure that the microbladed hair stroke style was what I wanted, and she explained the other styles that they do for permanent eyebrow makeup, and I felt really informed in my decision. She then began the procedure and demonstrated her attention to detail, perfectionism, and clear professionalism. Tomo is very kind and easy to talk to, and exactly the person you'd want to entrust this kind of service to. I'm beyond happy with my results they're exactly what I wanted and envisioned and are healing great already. I personally also was really happy to have Tomo who knew both Western and Asian styles of brow arch looks and what's more "in fashion". No matter what you prefer, her skill is clearly versatile and she'll know exactly how to achieve the look you want and can deliver it. I can't wait to go back for my touch up at the end of the whole process and also will definitely be scheduling to get my lashes done for special occasions here! FYI, your initial visit cost for microblading includes the cost of the followup- they take credit cards and also have venmo for tipping which is convenient so you don't have to take out cash ahead of time. Not worth the price. Microbladding was expensive- I had the intitial work done plus the touch up. Still didn't last. Fade within 2 months. Tomo blamed it on my skin being too thin and not taking up the ink, no further touch ups or refund. Few months later I gave a med spa ran by a real dermatologist a try in Voorhees. Spent $600 but totally worth it cuz it lasted me 2 years with nice shape. So it's not my thin skin's fault after all. I will not be returning. read more
