As another patient was speaking with the front desk after his appointment, Dr. Paronian ran out of the back office to talk with the patient again, confirming logistics for how he was getting to the hospital from there. You would have thought we were in the ER for a moment. The man was as calm as can be, but Dr. Paronian was making it clear that he was concerned and personally invested in seeing the patient get the specific and immediate help he needed. I share this only to say: it's more than charts and checks here! He really cares about his patients. This was years ago. Though I've changed insurance a couple of times, I ensure he's in my network. If you're dealing with health issues, the last thing you want to worry about is cold and subpar care. You get none of these at Dr. Paronian's office. P.S. The office smells like a bottle of Le Labo perfume (at least the last time I was there). They pay attention to detail. Every now and then, there has been a wait - however, when you consider the quality of care and the volume of people who choose Dr. Paronian as their primary care physician, it makes sense! P.S.S. I did get the email about the new admin fee. To note, I've never had to pay it in the past so I don't know exactly when that was implemented. However, the email notification I received both notified and explained the fee. They also did not automatically charge me or generate a bill for it (from what I can see). I wrote this review for anyone questioning whether the service may be worth the new admin fee. If you can afford it, I'd still recommend Dr. Paronian.

Rather than accept responsibility and take ownership for this error, Dr Rowady berated me and blamed me for their mistake because I had not had an exam for a year. He would not allow me to speak or explain, but rather opted to lecture me about fire victims and that I was wrong about my own dosage -- dosage of a medication that I have taken for over a decade. Sadly he just can't listen and get out of his own way. It's apparent how his behavior must be detrimental to his practice. It's also clear he has anger management issues and I would highly suggest if you are considering this office, look elsewhere for someone more stable, patient, and kind.

Beginning February 1, 2026, our practice will implement an annual administrative fee of $250 per calendar year to help offset the cost of certain non-clinical and non-covered administrative services that are not reimbursed by insurance plans.

Dr Parra left the practice and I have now see Dr. Yam one time virtually and one time in person. She seems to be a great Dr. I feel very comfortable with her and she is just generally positive and a Dr you would never dread seeing. Unfortunately, I continue to have some health issues but Dr. Yam called me directly when the office was closed during the Christmas holiday to follow up on some recent blood work. Despite multiple phone calls and messages clearly explaining the specific ultrasound I need, the office has repeatedly sent referrals to facilities that do not perform the procedure. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time calling both the doctor's office and imaging facilities trying to correct an issue that should have been handled by the medical staff. I even went to the office in person and was told Maria would call me back. I never received a callback, message, update, or correct referral. This is no longer simply a customer service issue. Their lack of communication, follow-through, and basic coordination of care has directly delayed my ability to receive necessary medical testing. What is especially concerning is the apparent lack of urgency or concern despite being repeatedly informed of the problem. Patients should be able to rely on their primary care provider to appropriately coordinate referrals and follow through when there is an issue, not be left to manage the process themselves. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in this office's ability to properly manage patient care, and I would not recommend them as a primary care provider.

Additionally, although Dr. Beeve seems nice, in the 4-5 years our elderly family member has been his patient, he never ordered a blood panel for her yearly or semi-annual Physical. We just realized this, and had to ASK for the blood panel. Poor communication with the woman at the front desk in relation to where the Lab was located, how the order for the blood panel would be obtained, etc. and she had an "attitude" over the phone. We received the results of the blood panel and many things are out of range! I am sure some of these issues could have been addressed several years ago if a blood panel had been ordered by the doctor back then! As a relative of the patient, I was told I would not be able to communicate with their office on behalf of the patient without filling a form out. With my elderly relative in the car, I walked up to the office, filled the form out and left to have her/him sign it and immediately went back into the office and handed the form to the unfriendly person at the desk. I went back to the car and within minutes received a nasty phone call from that person at the desk, accusing me of signing for my relative who was in the front seat of the car. My relative was angry and told that woman that it was fine that that was signed. I'm disgusted with the doctor and the staff at this office. We have also had issues with getting prescriptions filled and me running back-and-forth to CVS because we were told they were filled when they were not. This happened several times in one day.
