We viewed a few luxury no fee buildings and I was going to apply for one of the units and then Sean mentioned for the rent I was going to pay is similar to a mortgage with 15-20% down and maybe purchasing should be explored. We viewed 5 listing in one showing and I fell in love with one of the units. We submitted an offer asap. After a few back and forth we received an accepted offer that I was pretty happy with. ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

I really despise that there is no option for 0/5 stars…read more Living on this properly was a grave and utter disappointment. The grounds and living quarters were beautiful, but the "management" team behind computers are treacherous, rude, aggressive individuals. They give printed letters to the maintenance crew to slip under doors each month. Each month is a new threat. There was apparently an issue with one individual smoking and throwing cigarettes on the ground. Their solution? Write an entire page about how tenants are "in for a rude awakening" when they are next caught in the act. Statements like, "we know who you are", and "we will catch you". The letters read as if they were written by a fourteen year old. They are always aggressive, threatening, negative, and off-putting. Now I ask any normal person out there reading this.. if you had an individual breaking a house rule, would you contact the individual solely or slip a threating letter under the doors of hundred of tenants? I think we all know the answer here. These notices are irrelevant, disruptive, rude, negative and preposterous. It really makes for a hostile living environment.

They Do property management for the River House in Peekskill and trying to find out any information is always a difficult task . The response you get when you call is, "Why don't you just email me" And when you explain that you already emailed 6 times, she says do it again. I've asked the owner Judith if she can help me because I don't want to deal with Loretta's nastiness, she said she will immediately get back to me and had Loretta grill me for calling her manager.. I wish that River House (On Overlook In Peekskill) didn't use them!! If it wasn't for that management company their coop tenant's would be a lot more happier and buyers would buy in their complex.
