My insurance company suggested I ask them to submit corrected claims, so I've called Kinjal several times to straighten this out, but I can't get her on the phone. I keep getting bills via text message and I want to resolve these issues, but customer service is very poor. We're thinking about leaving this practice.

We were visiting from out of town and a crown fell off my tooth. I called Harbor Dental Center who…read morenot only worked me into the schedule within a few hours, but were very nice. Dr. Todd could have just glued the crown back on but took the time to do x-rays and saw that there was decay underneath it that I'll need to take care of. The temporary fix will get me back home with a glued on crown so I can take care of it with my regular dentist. 5 stars for Dr Todd and her staff!
