The problems with the car is what their garbage insurance states they will cover, they are not honoring. Dylan stated 3 times he would call me and yet refuses to call and keep me informed what going on with this car. So I suggest dont do business with this dealership, my next steps are law suit for failure to inform issues with the vehicle in the first place, contacting the BBB, and contacting the news to put out there the kind of dealership this place really is, and EVERY social media site there is.. This, of course, happened over a holiday weekend. Husband called them the Friday before the long weekend. They told him to come early Tuesday morning, when they were open again, and they would help him. Husband went in and they ordered the wheels we needed and said they would be there the next day, and they were! We took the car in and they installed the new wheels. When I had said that we would wait for the new wheels to be put on, the service manager said no, that they were going to take their time with the installation to ensure the car was safe. When they called us to pick up the car, they asked if we wanted to take pictures of the cracks, which we did. When we got there, they took us out to the service area and pulled the wheels out of the boxes (that the new wheels had been in) and let us take pictures so we could send them on the the manufacturer. The cracks were in the same spots on both wheels, so it wasn't a matter of hitting potholes. McCormick Motors will treat you as if you are their only customer. They are amazing!!!!

When we purchased our Mach-E from a local dealer, we had trouble finding a Ford Connected Charger…read more As a retired IT person, I learned that when it comes to electronics, it is best to only have one vendor to deal with, in this case, FORD. We located a charger at Auto Park Ford and their parts department agreed to sell the only one they had to us, even though we were not their regular customer, and the Ford chargers were hard to find. Recently the car showed a fault, and the charger would stop charging shortly after being plugged in. Research revealed that Ford had stopped shipping their chargers right after we received ours due to the fact that they showed a fault and stop charging, the same problem we were now experiencing near the end of our warranty period. I contacted Auto Park Ford Parts. They quickly found the record of the original purchase and then sent us a replacement charger under the warranty. They also reimbursed us for the electrician's charges to install it. If we lived closer to Bremen, IN, Auto Park Ford would be our choice in car dealers.
