They were amazing and explained everything to us. Second vehicle we shopped around more because we wanted to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted again. We weren't to sure if we wanted to pull the plug and buy another vehicle just yet. We knew we wanted one but didn't need one. The owner was amazing and ran threw options with us on every truck we looked at and told us to come back in a couple days if we still wanted to do it. We'll after a couple days we were dead set we wanted another toy so we went in and got another toy. We are by far happy with how we've been treated both times going here. I had the same title issue and you can't call or go to the website to speak to anyone. So the finance company withdrew the loan because I can't get a plate for the vehicle. I just got a call that someone from Lucky 7 called them saying I wanted to change my mind and keep the vehicle which is a lie because I haven't been able to speak to anyone at the company since the 26th. The phone goes directly to a busy signal the moment you call. Including myself I have heard of 3 other people having the same issues where lucky 7 is claiming the title was"lost" in the mail. Lucky 7 You guys had a white 2007 Yukon selling around $8 grand. I called and spoke with a guy named Tommy. I ask Tommy why the SUV is selling so low for this Yukon to have only 86,583 miles. Tommy to me, we are over stock, and we need to move a lot of units. I called my insurance company to have them check the vin number and found a Carfax report to find out Lucky 7 was selling this 2007 Yukon with 105,000 rolled-back odometer miles. 2017 this Yukon had 191,796 off the Carfax report. Now 7/2025 Lucky 7 has 86k miles. If a dealer sold you a car with a rolled-back odometer, that's a serious federal and state offense. Federal law (Odometer Act - 49 U.S. Code § 32701) File Complaints State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration , Indiana Odometer Act (Indiana Code Title 9, § 9 1 to § 9 5), Indiana Criminal Code (§ 35 43 6.5 2) altered or nonfunctional odometer is a Level 6 felony. After waiting months for my title, im being forced to take the deal ship to court. Also you should know they gave me false / fake temporary tags. Since I've been waiting so long for my title I've asked for new temporary tags, I was recently pulled over and the officer told me my temporary tag that's says it expired on 8/30/23 had actually expired on 4/16/23 when I had bought the truck.EDIT ( FILED WITH THE BBB) 2.3 stars on BBB. Had an ongoing negotiation on a used van with the fort Wayne store. The van was presented as very good but when we drove it there were obvious issues in the steering. It took approx. 2 weeks to get the van in for repairs and them to call me back. upon getting it back I again went to the ft. Wayne store to test drive it and it still had problems. Nate finally told me he had never personally driven the van and yet he was telling me it was just as it should be. After the second time into the shop for repairs and a test drive, In mid December I made an offer on the vehicle by phone. I never got any response. Approx. 15 days later I noticed they had reduced the price by $500. As no one had called me about the price reduction I called the store. After a brief conversation I made another higher offer. The following morning I was told by phone that the offer was agreeable. A tentative date was discussed to pay for the van and get title docs. It was necessary to move the date back a few days due to scheduling issues. This title date change was agreed to by Nate in a phone conversation. The evening before the title pick up date I had transferred the money from savings to checking so as to secure a bank check to pay for the van.
