I then circled through the used car area to see if there were used Suzuki vehicles on the lot. There were none. A salesman approached my car and introduced himself. He asked if I owed anything on my car. (It's a 2007. NO!)I told him I was looking for a reputable Suzuki service center and that I was not interested in selling my car. That's when it got strange..... This salesman said that he could offer me more than what my car was worth on a trade in. I asked him why would he do that and he said that he sends Suzuki 's to Japan where they are scrapped there for parts. What the heck? He thinks I'm going to trade my beautiful car in to him so he can get a kick back from Japan for parts? I was so angry I wanted to run him over! Within just a few days, our mechanic diagnosed a serious pre-existing camshaft issue. This is not something that develops in a few days and should have been caught before selling the truck. When we first reported the issue, we were told the truck was sold "as is" and there was nothing they could do. Only after we explained the seriousness did they mention bringing it four hours back to their shop, something our mechanic advised against because driving it that far risked further engine damage. We were without the truck for a week getting it repaired locally. The dealership later told the Attorney General we declined help, but the offer to "inspect it" came long after the initial refusal and after the severity of the repair was already known. We also corrected the dealer's inaccurate claim about the repair estimate. This entire experience has been disappointing, and we would caution others to be very careful when buying a used vehicle here.

When we had it serviced for the first time, we found out that the oil had not been changed in a long time, the spark plugs were all bad, the brake lights went out in less than a month, and it leaked oil. No basic service nor transparency about the cars issues when purchased. We found out later that the Kia Sportage she bough had an engine recall that was issued in January of 2026. She bought the vehicle form this dealership in March 2026. She was told nothing of the engine recall, and nothing about the class action law suit against Kia going on. We spent around 7K in the 4 months after buying this vehicle in repairs, and now it is scrap because of the engine and exhaust system. Dishonest company and dishonest sales. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
