(More spots are not in the pictures) This is the 2nd time it happened to my car at this wash. $10 quick wax is definitely not worth it. Went yesterday to get my minivan detailed and took my toddler with me. The waiting area is large and clean. There were a couple play tables with activities for kids. Jasmine at the front desk was so nice and went above and beyond to stream a Disney show on their large TV when my toddler was getting restless. My minivan looked brand new when they were finished. Fantastic place to go get a car wash! Hardly every obserdly busy and all the staff are friendly and courteous! Nobody is trying to pressure you into signing up for their monthly subscriptions (although they have the best priced options). 4 different wash options starting at $7. They also have a loyalty program where your 7th wash is free. There are plenty of vacuums and the detailing services are a great deal! Also. When you get there you're greeted by friendly people, and then walk into a lounge area, which is very comfortable or you can walk out and watch your car being cared for. I've taken all of my vehicles, including a classic Corvette, even an Ambulance and always get excellent service. I am extremely particular down to the finest detail and they always respect my requests and meet all my expectations. This place is horrible. They changed everything up and trying false advertisement wit their signs. Been going there for months then they started useing cheap towels. Now all of a sudden my package doesn't include an air freshener. They didn't tell me nit to use the wipe on my screen that is on my dash and ruined it and they were jerks about it and said I didn't have common sense and called me stupid. Seriously how hard is it to have their employees tell some one when they hand the wipe nit to use it on the screen. Place is horrible and the wash machine sucks doesn't do a good job even when they use degreaser. The blower doesn't get the water off the car. I canceled my monthly service and I would not ever go back or recommend this place. No wonder the place is always empty. When the place works, it's great. 4 star. However, more recently I've had to wait in the tunnel as the machine broke down. There has been soap left on my car and I've had to go thru another time. My main issue today that made me more frustrated was I canceled my membership (after 6 months) inside with the girl at the counter. She seemed to not care at all about why I was canceling. Didn't ask if there was something wrong that could be fixed or anything. She just let me cancel. Just seems like they must have too many prepay monthly customers to worry about my $30 per month. Horrible service. Extremely disappointed. I brought my Audi in expecting quality care, and instead got the complete opposite. My car was returned wet with water spots everywhere, the seats were left down, and there was no air freshener or finishing touch at all nothing you'd expect from a proper detail, especially for an Audi. The tires look terrible, like they weren't even touched. Because of how poorly the job was done, I had to take my car to another shop to be re-serviced, which says everything. I came here because of TikTok hype, but this experience was a huge letdown. Never coming back. I'll take my business elsewhere wow, what a disappointment. read more
