First, Elizabeth was hidden behind the stand, and since I wasn't familiar with the setup, I didn't even notice the umbrella or where I was supposed to go. I pulled up to the entrance, only to be yelled at by the man aggressively telling me to back up and pay "in front." After paying and politely saying "thank you," I received no response, so I repeated it louder. Then, as I pulled forward and showed my receipt, the man questioned whether I had even paid and started shouting to Elizabeth to confirm as he walks away from the entrance. The service this place provides is incredible, most of the time the vacuum hose does not work or the pressure is very poor, the rollers inside the car wash some do not work, at the end of the car wash the rollers that are supposed to dry the car do not work, when you tell the manager you can hardly find her or her response is that they are very busy and do not have time to check all the hoses, the towels to dry the car sometimes are dirty with grease and leave the windows stained The manager's response is always to go through the machine again. I used to be an enthusiastic monthly member here. Until I realized my car was still dirty after being washed twice in a row. And no, it wasn't bee frass or sap! Just the dirt of road trips up North or to the desert. Another time, I got trapped inside this car wash for 20 minutes because there was a problem with the car in front of me getting stuck on the equipment. That really wasn't a good experience. I'm not normally claustrophobic. But one would expect that to be traumatic. I never got a call from the company to see if I was ok or to apologize for what had happened. They knew exactly who I was. Which car, which client, which membership number. Once we were all freed from the wash, I took off. I was in NO place in my head to deal with the fact that I was now late to a meeting. Because I'd been inside that machine for way, way too long. I noticed that more and more often, when I would stop by for a convenient wash they would be closed because they were "broken". No estimated reopen date. No explanation. But also no ability to credit us monthly members for ALL the times we went to use the service and were told it "wasn't possible". Finally I made it clear that I wanted to cancel my membership. They kept billing my credit card for months. When I found out, I physically went in to confront management about the ongoing charges. But there was only a man who claimed not to BE a manager OR HAVE a manager. I do have him quoted on video saying that he was the only one who works there but has no power to do anything. And no, he can't call anyone to help with my situation. I was clearly irritating him because a new young trainee was outside alone. I get it. But yelling at me in the reception/ office of the car wash, knowing he was on film? It was a bad choice for what turned out to be a lot of reasons. At least his idiocy meant my complaint to my bank was addressed quickly. And I was reimbursed as far back as we could pursue- as close as possible to the date I originally TOLD them I wanted to terminate my membership. This place has a documented history of fraudulent billing. This is also a great example of poor staffing, deferred maintenence and shitty attitudes. If I believed in publicly shaming people, I'd include the pics and videos of the guy who couldn't shut himself up and made them look like the strangest, saddest money laundering operation ever. The first time I was here was good for the price. I liked that they give you an air freshener and a dash wipe. I went again yesterday and after I had paid and was already in the rail to go in, the attendant stood in front of my closed window and loudly said "your car is too big, if it gets damaged it's not my fault" while making rude hand gestures. Why didn't they say so before I paid? Or at least before I was already in the rail. They do have a sign about "oversized vehicles" not fitting BUT I DRIVE AN SUV! The sign does not state any measurements or types of vehicles. Luckily my car was not damaged but under that poor customer service AND the fact that apparently my SUV is too big, I will not be returning. The attendant also didn't tape my rear windshield like he did all the other vehicles in front of me. read more

The only reason I started to come here for car washes is because it's so close to my workplace. Although the vacuums are EXTREMELY weak, I chose to continue to do business here because it was just so convenient. However, I was SUPER turned off by an employee today 1/19/22 at the 1pm shift. I wait for a couple minutes for a staff member to even be present to accept my payment.... Then this caucasian guy walks out, looking disheveled and like he's anyone from the street - no uniform and no mask. Mind you, we are the middle of a surge due to Omicron!!! Also, I already do not feel comfortable handing my card to someone who doesn't even look like an employee. I decided to prompt him to put a mask on - still have not rolled my window down. This guy empties his pockets and literally can't find a mask. I didn't feel comfortable engaging with an unmasked worker who I wasn't completely sure even is an employee here. Not to mention, again, how disheveled and unclean he looked. What happened to your other more pleasant staff? I'll take my money elsewhere. So I backed my car out of there! I remember when this placed first opened. It was great at first, but years later it's just not the best. I recently stopped by for a car wash after moving back to this side of town and I feel like I wasted $9. The outside of my car is still dirty (pics attached) and they don't even dry your car adequately. The water that is used to wash the car smells terrible. I also tried the super touch when it was half off (Monday's) wouldn't do again, good job, but just go with the light touch. I like the vacuums everyone can use, but they're a little on the weak side. Harbor City car wash offers a good value. I'm a long time customer who goes and gets my vehicle washed every weekend and often times during the week if my daily driver gets dirty. I drive almost 250 miles a week so my Silver Land Rover gets dirty often. This car wash gets the job done. My SUV goes there dirty and leaves clean. My only complaint about the Natasha is the vacuums seem to be very low powered and can't really clean up my interior, but besides that the staff is friendly and courteous and after dozens of car washes from this plane, the pain on my Range Rovers stuck shines bright. read more

Honestly I was going to this place because it was local and convenient, but after going to the one on PCH, I will never come back here. First of all, the vacuums do not work. I have told the employees several times that the vacuums do not work, but nothing is fixed. Do I expect the employees to fix them? Absolutely not. But I do expect that management would want their vacuums to work so customers will come back. They wouldn't even suck up a leaf!! Second, the last time I went they were not accepting cards. It's 2021 and most places are not accepting cash, so I did not have any cash on me. The man working said "cash only" and I said "oh I'm sorry, I didn't see the sign. I don't have cash, let me back up". And he let out this huge sigh and said "you're like the seventh person to not have cash today" as if it was MY fault? Lmao. This is a great car wash spot. I only come to this spot now. For only $6 (most basic wash), my car comes out pretty much spotless - and I always have bird gunk all over the hood. The employees are nice and helpful, and there's access to a vacuum right outside the tunnel. I always recommend this place. read more

I have my 3 month old brand new black car ! A week ago I go with my 16 year old son to have it washed. We get out of the process and my son helping me to dry the car and pointing out that the car 's hood is badly scratched ! Looks horrible!! The wash is like water without soap going on your car. I had to scrub off my car after so the dirt comes off. The vacuum takes forever because they are extremely weak. Probably better off going elsewhere but there's not many cheaper car washes in the area. read more

The worse experience with manager Richard and staff. My brand new car was damaged when going through the car wash and they do not want to take responsibility. Richard Fitzsimmons stated, I had to go through corporate and my insurance. He also said that in the 15 years he has been in the business corporate never pays. Car wash area is nice and clean the drive thru is very convenient along with the vacuums provided. It's a make it or break it when it comes to the drying process and unfortunately it does not live up to my expectations. So much water left behind on the car is very unsatisfying. I was so excited to learn they were building a car wash so close to my house, before these guys even opened up! I've been coming here every Tuesday (give or take a few) for a while now and it seems like less vacuums work every time I come. The wash is quick and does what any other drive-thru carwash does, it's just that the location was convenient. It didn't hurt that on Tuesdays they had a free upgrade to the next package up. It doesn't seem worth it anymore since the water has started to smell while we're being pulled through and there are 0 vacuums left that work. Had a really great experience here. I was quick and easy plus super affordable. My dirty SUV got cleaned and then I went to the DIY vacuum area which was pretty powerful. Parking was plenty and easy to go in and out is a major plus. I signed on their monthly plan and that will save me a lot of money. All you can wash baby! read more

This car wash opened up a few months ago so I wanted to give it a try, I was rooting for the place (seeing how its new) but I was kinda disappointed. Location It's located inside a commercial/retail looking building and you can tell it wasn't specifically designed for a car wash, I say this because the wash itself seems very quick & short. The wash doesn't appear to have all the "stations" that other 'longer' car washes have, so it makes you feel like you are being shorted and you aren't getting what you paid for. Wash Despite the shortcomings my car came out well enough, but the blower/dryers seem to be on the lowest setting because there was lots of water on my car afterwards, too much water, almost as if they had no blowers at all. Good thing I have lots of towels in the trunk because I had to towel dry it. The vacuums also seem to be placed on the lowest setting because they hardly have any suction power. Verdict I was rooting hard for this place but all the other reviewers we right about the blower/vac issues, which can make or break your experience at a car wash. There's still hope, if they can get these issues fixed I'll gladly give them another chance to earn my business. read more

This is a no frills car wash. It's pretty basic and it does an OK job and there is minimal staffing. It's set up nice but the blower at the end of the car wash as well as the vacuums are weaker than most places. Cost wise I'd say that the only thing that makes sense here is going with one of their monthly packages which are unlimited washes for the entire month. Otherwise it's not worth it. read more
