After stating I was not interested in their membership because I do not live locally and it wouldn't make any sense for me to buy, I was still pestered about signing up for their membership. When I continued to express disinterest I was then asked to write a yelp review. So, Here's my review: this is a mediocre wash at best. You're paying to get your car wet with a few suds, fondled by noodles and then "dried" off with a dirty, damp roller on the roof of your car. You also take a chance at getting a vacuum that actually has enough suction to clean up the inside. All at the price being hassled and given attitude because you don't want to sign up for a membership which by the way, the base price $20 and increases over time. And these people won't take no for an answer. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere for better service all around. read more

I started going here because the other car wash I was going to discontinued their monthly pass special this place exceeds my expectations by not only providing the monthly pass but they also have air hoses so you can blow out the water from cracks and crevices and it's awesome for detailing the inside of your car and getting pet hair out of all the little nooks and crannies vacuums were great and the staff is really friendly there was an issue with my monthly pass and they adjusted their scanners so it's fixed I have zero issues and only good things to say so far my experience here has been stellar keep it up you've created a customer for life read more

I love this little Car Wash right off of the Chanel St exit from the 110 South. It's super convenient being right off the freeway. The drive through wash is your typical - nothing to write home about. The true reason for my 5 stars are 1- location and 2- there are free unlimited microfiber towels available for customers to borrow after the wash! There are two little carts; one for clean towels that are constantly restocked and another cart for the used ones. Prices are reasonable and this car wash is super convenient! It's not called green forest express anymore. It's under a new name. Though my experience here was pleasant. We came on Monday and upon entering an employee helped out at choosing which packet I wanted, he then tried to convince in buying a membership. I kindly told him no because it was my first time coming to this car wash and I wanted to try it out. He was polite about it and did not continue to push as for how many other car washes do. The wash itself was good, drying not so much, and the vacuums from our sections did work well. They provide damp clean cloths to also dry your car and then you place them in the dirty bin. The car wash itself is good. Trying to get from the attendant to the wash is a little difficult. Management needs to make note of this and tell them to stop. At the pay booth the attendant will ask you about three or four times if you want their unlimited deal. Management, Can you tell them a "no thank you" means "no thank you"? Then they'll say "today is the last day of the deal." But then if you go the following week, they'll tell you that "today is the last day of the deal."! ‍ Just how many last day of the deal are there?!?! You can tell they're making a commission! So if you can get past the annoying car wash attendant, you'll be good read more

Really cool car wash place! I just thought it'd be a regular car wash place but when I got out of the drive through wash, I saw people "hosing" down their cars! I thought, "that's weird! Why isn't anyone using a cloth!" And then I looked carefully and saw that it was a pressure drying station! How cool is that? No more fuzzy-wuzzys on my car from a cloth! I had an unpleasant visit with the general manager, Milton. He told me that the service I received was bad because I only purchased a lite wash. My car was completely filthy, half wet and soapy and half dry and dirty. I was met with an attitude and completely unprofessional behavior. He laughed in my face when I told him the service I bought and insinuated that I got what I paid for. I have been to this car wash before and never had any problems with the lite wash service. Come to find out the dryer was broken and didn't work for any of the cars. They did not tell any of the other customers that the dryer was broken. Never received an apology from Milton for basically writing me off saying it is my problem to deal with. I then spoke with Danny. Danny was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and extremely professional and offered me a service for my next visit since I had to hand dry my car. The current management of this place does not have a consistent policy. If you notice, the outside appearance of this place has changed recently. They have new vacuum and equipment in the washing, but the top of your car may not be clean after a wash because the swaying action of the overhead strips was very light. One person told me I could have a free re- wash if the first wash is not clean but it was clean after the first wash so I didn't need it. One month later I came back for another wash; of course I paid for the wash; this time it was not clean so I came around and asked an attendant for a re-wash, she said she was not aware of that policy. I think this is a good car wash as far as drive-through car washes go. There is a nice person who stands at the front of the car wash and sprays a fluid on your hood. I'm guessing this is to help get the smushed bugs off of the front grill of your car. I can't really confirm how well it works but it seem to do a fairly good job. The vacuum hoses have really wide and so vacuum and goes pretty quick since it covers a large area at once. I suppose my only complaint is that the section from the hoses could be stronger and the air coming out of the air hoses could definitely be stronger as well. read more

First time and got the $11 service ... during the car washing ... got scared of the scraping thing almost at the end of the wash ... so when it was done and was ready to wipe dry using the free wipe ... I found a couple of parallell scratches on the driver side door ... with a 2 door car with around 5 scratches that is about 1 to 2 inches long ... maybe it's just my car ... since there is no review that has any issues ... posted a pic but car is too shiny ... You can get in immediately after exiting the 110 South to your right, perfect for a swift wash and dash back up Gaffey before lunch is out. I wanted to love this place, the guy in the front was very nice. I paid for the medium priced wash. My sub still had dirt on the bumpers and water left on the car after he was. Hands down the best "drive through car wash"! The facility is well kept and clean. The vaccine work great and they have a compressed are hose to help clean the inside of the car and remove water from the exterior. The owner is very welcoming and nice. He also puts in the work which shows that he cares which is valuable to me! The owner just spent 5 minutes with a power washer getting "the big stuff" off my truck prior to going through the wash. I just got a new car and now go to this car wash regularly. recently I became a member, I love it Unlimited car washes for $18 a month!! I recommend this to everyone, they put a very small sticker on the top left inside of your window just like the oil change sticker. you can just drive up, the computer scans your sticker you don't even have to roll down your window.
