What makes it even worse is that when we brought the damage to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even trying to properly investigate what happened, we were denied access to the camera footage. So apparently you're supposed to trust them with a brand-new car, but when something happens to it, suddenly nobody knows anything and nobody wants to be accountable. A car wash should NEVER leave your vehicle in worse condition than when you brought it in. We trusted this business with our brand-new car, and they completely failed us. Sad to share this, because both my husband and I have been going to this car wash since 2020. I've always been a very happy and easy to please customer. I've had my car detailed here in the past, etc. Today I was quoted $550 because I needed the carpet cleaned due to me spilling something. When I laughed at the manager's audacity to charge such an outrageously high price, he told me there were two general wash options: $30 and $50. I asked for my mats to be washed. Advertised was $40/4 mats. He said mine would be $80/4 mats because they "weren't rugs", even though mine are rugs. I just didn't have the energy to fight with him, and I genuinely just didn't understand what he was saying. He also added an unadvertised SUV fee of $10. For a grand total of $140. And my car is still dirty. There are dirty spots that weren't wiped clean inside the vehicle. Dirt around my windshield and back windshield. lol. He was also standing intimidatingly nearby the sweet man who delivered my car to me, watching over the transfer, so I didn't feel comfortable to share with the worker why I wasn't happy spending $155 with tip and still having a dirty vehicle. This is my local car wash. Literally can walk to it from my house. I'm sad I cannot no longer support this local business. I hope the managers get some sense in them, lower their prices, and return their service to the previous quality they once had. I may return if that happens. Every time I've dealt with Vince, he's been short, aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unwelcoming for no reason. Today was the final straw. After I politely mentioned his behavior to the lady at the register she replied "Well now I have to tell him" in a rude tone. Vince came storming over, asked if I had paid, and then told me to "get your refund, get out, and go somewhere else." That is absolutely unacceptable treatment of a loyal paying customer. I got a nano coat that cost 5000 dollar with 5 year warranty . I felt it was fading after a year . At some point last year, my husband left a 3-star review reporting average yet acceptable quality. The owner, instead of simply adjusting their standards based on feedback, decided to flag his vehicle and confront him the next time he came in. The owner asked that, in the future, he bring any complaints to him directly instead of posting a review that was less than 5 stars. On my birthday, I came in to use the free birthday wash promotion. Before coming in, I specifically called ahead to confirm the requirements, and the receptionist told me that if I had previously had a car washed there, I would qualify. When I arrived, the supervisor told me I was not eligible because this particular car had not been washed there during this calendar year, despite the fact that my other vehicles had been washed there this year. The wording of the promotion apparently says "your car must have been washed in the past year," but nowhere does it clearly state "this calendar year" or that the specific vehicle must have been washed recently. By that logic, someone with a January 2 birthday would have had to get a wash on January 1 just to qualify. What frustrated me most was not the policy itself, but the way it was handled. When I mentioned my prior phone conversation, the supervisor immediately dismissed it, saying he knows what he trains his employees to say and that I was "clearly wrong." He told me for a simple wipe for my third roll it would be $200 and that's considered a mini detailed. How would it be $200 but they're charging me $3 to $5 dollars for my third row seats if you're charging me for an extra fee wouldn't you think that light wiping and vacuuming is what's included or what's that extra fee for just to not do anything? I took my car to this car wash and they damaged my back left wheel. I looked at my home surveillance camera and confirmed that my wheel was in good condition prior to taking my car to Miami Spa. After they washed my car and applied their products to my wheels, the back left wheel was BLACK, instead of silver. I was recommended by a family member to Miami's for paint correction and ceramic coating on my truck. We went with the Borograph 3.0. Vince and his team did an exceptional job on the paint correction. Furthermore, they meticulously worked on two doors that had been repainted by a body shop after a car accident. Although the color match was perfect, the body shop finish and the factory finish were not entirely perfect, they worked to make it nearly indistinguishable. When you compare my ten year old truck to a brand new one, the paint on mine looks significantly better. Their work was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you! read more

The last one was this past Saturday, told husband that the trunk was not wiped, the sand on the front and passenger seats were missed, the dash board and screen were not wiped.
