When I got my car back, my windshield still had the same specks and dirt that were there before the wash. The dashboard was still dusty, and I actually had to ask the employee to come back and clean it -- which should have been done properly the first time. A "wipe-down" shouldn't mean a rushed, careless job. For $50, I expect attention to detail and basic cleanliness without having to point things out. At some point last year, my husband left a 3-star review reporting average yet acceptable quality. The owner, instead of simply adjusting their standards based on feedback, decided to flag his vehicle and confront him the next time he came in. The owner asked that, in the future, he bring any complaints to him directly instead of posting a review that was less than 5 stars. On my husband's last visit, he was told never to return, since he left his 3-stars review up. My husband and our family have been bringing cars here for over 20 years. Well, that's over. Clearly, I cannot recommend going here, certainly not if you have anything less than glowing reviews to post. I'd honestly rather let my cards get crusted with dirt than to return. read more

I have been coming here for years and took a little break. I decided to come back for my birthday wash and didn't know the policy changed (they only offer it on your bday now). That is fine, but the carwash was closed on my birthday. The guy intaking cars was so rude about it, telling me the policy changed over the last 9 months (like I was supposed to know). He did say he would honor it, but when I asked to upgrade and that I would pay the difference, he said NO, then you pay for the regular wash. He was very rude telling me I haven't been there in over a year (my memory served me wrong). That is fine, but he didn't have to be so combative about the fact that I was not eligible. Just tell me nicely. My bad, people forget. Have some empathy. Just because you call me "ma'am", doesn't mean you're kind. It's your tone and delivery. At that point, I should have just left. Much to my dismay, I see they have raised the prices and only offer a $30 or $100 wash. I just concede and say I'll do the $30 wash. I go to the counter, and they charge me $35. I say, it says $30 outside. He said, but you have an SUV. OH OK, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO TELL ME OUTSIDE WHEN YOU SAID $30 OR $100. I used to love coming here, but I will never return. I have also been seeing the rude management responses to all the 1 star reviews (I can see they are in a horrific downward spiral). This place used to be lined up with cars and it's dismal here now. I have been coming to this car wash for about 5 years now. Bringing my first car and then my second. Even having my parents bring their cars here too! Unfortunately I think I'm done coming back to this establishment. I wanted a quick car wash and opted for the silver wash. I have some stuff stuck on my air vents that I did not expect to be taken off, I know I need to, but I'm unsure if the man cleaning by car tried to help but ended up scratching my infotainment. I won't be returning here after this experience. Over the years, I've brought three different cars here and have l paid for more than a dozen washes. On my birthday, I came in to use the free birthday wash promotion. Before coming in, I specifically called ahead to confirm the requirements, and the receptionist told me that if I had previously had a car washed there, I would qualify. When I arrived, the supervisor told me I was not eligible because this particular car had not been washed there during this calendar year, despite the fact that my other vehicles had been washed there this year. The wording of the promotion apparently says "your car must have been washed in the past year," but nowhere does it clearly state "this calendar year" or that the specific vehicle must have been washed recently. By that logic, someone with a January 2 birthday would have had to get a wash on January 1 just to qualify. What frustrated me most was not the policy itself, but the way it was handled. When I mentioned my prior phone conversation, the supervisor immediately dismissed it, saying he knows what he trains his employees to say and that I was "clearly wrong." The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational, and I was ultimately told to take my business elsewhere. So, I will. read more

Long story short I took my car . They told me when I was picking it up it had paint spots all over my car. I said it wasn't like that when I gave it to you. They lied and said it happened at my work or home . Very combative . Not willing to help.. told me they charge $2000 to get it off. They had a old lady cleaning my car that look like she just started. My mats were wet. This paint was all over my windows and doors. He made sure to tell me there are plenty of other car washes in the city and that I don't have to use his. Management speaking to customers this way is extremely unprofessional. Vince will get his way, I won't be returning. I will absolutely be spreading the word that this is not a good car wash and that the customer service is horrible. I pulled up around 3pm talked to the employee who came up to my car and she was sweet! I asked if the third row light wipe was included in the package. She said she would go ask , she came back from asking the guy (bob or Vincent) and she said yes it's part of the package but we only charge $3 dollars more for the suv size and its included. so what's the extra charge if ur saying I have to pay $200 for a simple wipe on black leather seats.I didn't even know his name and apparently goes by Vincent( I'm Happy I went on yelp and seen a photo of him )( I wasn't able to take one ) I am not the only person who has experienced his rude attitude, especially towards a female and this is not the first time ! He told me for a simple wipe for my third roll it would be $200 and that's considered a mini detailed. How would it be $200 but they're charging me $3 to $5 dollars for my third row seats if you're charging me for an extra fee wouldn't you think that light wiping and vacuuming is what's included or what's that extra fee for just to not do anything? I don't need a detailed for just my third row seat I needed a simple wipe with the micro fabric. (seats that are brand new and dusty) He said ma'am, that's how much we charge and he kept giving me attitude and I told him don't be giving me fucking attitude. He then goes on saying "ma'am you can no longer come here please exit out". So as I was leaving, I seen the female worker who looked confused why he was telling her to cancel my membership on the little computer they have posted outside, then I call Miami's auto car wash to see if I can speak to someone. A man who identified himself as Vince, claiming to be the owner, was extremely rude and hostile. When I politely asked whether he had applied the first responder discount, he responded, "Don't you see your f*ing ticket? It says discount in big letters." When I told him how inappropriate and disrespectful that was, he replied, "There's no need to pump your chest at me, little man," and then told me, "If you're not happy, leave!" before continuing to direct cars as if nothing had happened. As a long-time customer, I have never been treated or humiliated like this anywhere. The real ownership needs to address this immediately--Vince's behavior will eventually harm someone or permanently damage this business. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this incident. When it was finally my turn, the employee only dried about 25% of the vehicle before walking away to help someone else. The last three times in a row I mentioned the pricing is wrong and they never seem to do anything about it or fix it. I'm about to contact weights and measures if they don't fix it. They have a large banner plus double-sided monument sign that says Monday through Thursday $13.99 " full service wash" when you go to pay it doesn't exist and not an option. I previously had my car detailed here years ago and they did a fantastic job. The cost for the detail was $300. I just called to get an estimate for a detail as they do not have pricing online. I returned the next Saturday and was given the same price by the woman employee working that day. Then the same man from the prior week came out and suddenly told me it would be $500, claiming I had to get a full detail just to clean one rug. My car had been washed just two weeks earlier, and nothing about the situation justified that drastic price change. I immediately left and will never return. I took my car to this car wash and they damaged my back left wheel. I looked at my home surveillance camera and confirmed that my wheel was in good condition prior to taking my car to Miami Spa. After they washed my car and applied their products to my wheels, the back left wheel was BLACK, instead of silver. I was recommended by a family member to Miami's for paint correction and ceramic coating on my truck. We went with the Borograph 3.0. Vince and his team did an exceptional job on the paint correction. Furthermore, they meticulously worked on two doors that had been repainted by a body shop after a car accident. Although the color match was perfect, the body shop finish and the factory finish were not entirely perfect, they worked to make it nearly indistinguishable. When you compare my ten year old truck to a brand new one, the paint on mine looks significantly better. Their work was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you! read more

I never had a bad experience at this wash. Been there many times before. Something Is definitely wrong with the manager there. He was never rude towards me or everyone around him before. Terrible attitude regardless of the job being a bit stressful, or perhaps dealing with unhappy customers day after day. In the end I tried to talk to him and he was an amazing SOB. Told me he knew me as a terrible complaining customer everytime i had been to that wash. It was obvious he was and is in self defense mode evrery second, ready to shut down anyone that confronts him for any little thing. It was like he has something ready to roll out of his mouth. Weird part is that it all started when I asked an attendant there if there was a temporary technical issue since I was eating at Norms next door and noticed the cars stopped coming out of the wash for a short while. Next thing, this A HOLE is standing behind me and just greeted me with the this incredible peice of shit attitude. After that, I was very amazed at how terrible he had been to customers .And people working for him in the past after reading a bunch of very bad reviews. The service has changed from almost a year ago. This past year, 3 times - the services were not great. The last one was this past Saturday, told husband that the trunk was not wiped, the sand on the front and passenger seats were missed, the dash board and screen were not wiped. Vince is who we spoke to and showed how we were so disappointed. He saw what we were complaining about, and instead told us that "we were knit picking" to say the least and came up with every excuses. I usually wash my own car, but due to limited time and no space at home, I decided to try this auto spa. Overall, I'm impressed. They did a good, satisfactory job--nothing over the top, but exactly what I needed. If they went above and beyond, it probably would've cost a lot more and felt like they were fishing for a bigger tip.
