Industrial piercing: Unfortunately this was my last visit. I went here for my first industrial piercing last year which healed and went fine. Came for my second and the placement was uneven. I had even asked if it looked a little off but the piercer with the hat didn't agree and said something along of the lines of its the way my ear is shaped. I went to another shop for a second opinion and they had noticed it was off and were kind enough to remove it for me. They had also noticed the marker points and said it was unsanitary to re-use markers on clients. Naval piercing: I had gotten my navel piercing here last year too and it had gotten infected within the first few months even with me consistently maintaining it . I can't exactly pin point what the issue was because it's been too long now, and I know they're also prone to rejecting. It's unfortunate I went through these experiences. I really wanted to like this place especially since it's local to me but I will not be coming back :( Edit: It's interesting that somehow almost everyone in this comment section is somehow wrong according to the owner when there's photos and a lot of people saying the same things... please do your research people! this is how they lose loyal customers. I've been pierced at other shops and never have I heard that you shouldn't use a flat back... and that you can change your jewelry in just 3 weeks. Me and my friend both went to get pierced, came back cause they said we could change the jewelry in 3 weeks. The guy was really rough with changing out my friend's nose ring, which is now unfortunately horribly scarred because of how rough he was. They only do one size fits all earrings, which doesn't accommodate for swelling and now my earring is sinking into my lobes. I've visited this studio twice--to get my smiley and septum piercings. The smiley piercing went well, but the septum piercing was extremely painful and bled significantly. However, I didn't think much of it, assuming some pain was normal for piercings. It's been about seven weeks since the septum piercing, and despite cleaning it twice daily, it's not healing properly. A large bump has formed and hasn't diminished. I consulted a doctor who recommended removing the piercing and addressing the bump. A second opinion from another piercing studio confirmed this advice, stating the piercing was not placed correctly, which likely explains the pain and poor healing. This definitely was a sad experience because I was in love with my septum and now have to wait for it to heal to get it pierced again. read more

HERE WE GO: I got a Subdermal piercing 3 months ago by Vinny/Vincent (the only piercer they have there, according to him. He has green/blue eyes & is a lil' heavy set) He misplaced my piercing, and it was/still is poking out. It's always looked like a REJECT PIERCING from the moment he did it. It was never pushed down into my skin, it was barely under my epidermis layer, very superficial & I came back the very next day after work to speak with him about it because I was afraid it being poking out so far out, it would get caught on to my clothes and rip out. Immediately when he saw me, he got upset and bothered by my presence. I showed him HIS WORK & he told me that "I was being way too picky!!" -No shit!! It's a subdermal implant & it's not easy to fix once it's IN. He told me to give it a chance and wait at least 3 weeks. I told him I would trust him (I mean, he's the "Professional") It's been 3 months and it's worse now. I've been walking around 3months with a band-aid on my chest covering the botch piercing. I haven't had a chance to show it off or wear anything that shows my clavicle I've attempted several times to reach out to him so that he can just take it off and I get a refund for this bad job. I even contacted him on IG and left him videos of the fresh piercing he did and how it currently looks. But he has been ignoring me. I took the liberty of commenting on one of his posts publicly: PLEASE CHECK YOUR DM's. I don't want to speak about this here for everyone to see ....this man blocked me, like if blocking me on social media is going to fix his bad job. I'm so disappointed!! I was recommended by lots of people to go to Lucky7. I guess they're only goof for Tatts; Not piercings. I will find a way to resolve this. I'd I have to sue him/them; I will. This is unacceptable. Ignoring customers after a bad job and hiding by blocking them on social media so that potential customers don't read about it is even worst. At least have some dignity and face your fears!! I literally sat there and laughed at unfortunate situations because the audacity of the owner is Top Tier. He brags about being open for 20 yrs of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't believe me, check it out for yourself!!! (Someone had to go to the ER & get stitches because they punctured her vein & lots of blood was lost for hours ) The city needs to inspect them & shut them down for improper client protection & sanitation. He understood right away and designed it where it it covered my old tattoo perfectly. Luis knew I had to get it done that same day and he stayed until it was done 2AM to be exact. I got two lobe piercings here and the piercer told me to wash it with dial soap instead of piercing cleaner. I am not sure if he used the same needle for both ears but he had the needle in a tub of vaseline that was clearly used for every client. I cleaned it with the soap exactly how he recommended and both lobes became super infected and gross. This place does not sanitize anything because the only reason they could have gotten infected was dirty tools. read more

FOR PIERCINGS: I've gotten my eyebrows and belly button pierced by the guy who pierces here (idk his name) regardless it's always a quick in and out. Reading all the other reviews I understand the issues the others faced however I haven't really had any issues regarding my three piercings I've gotten from the dude other than the fact they keep getting infected which if most of you are unaware that's actually your fault for not cleaning it as well as you should've. So that's due to my own doing and not his doing. So any reviews you read about that have nothing to do with him but the people lol. But my eyebrows and belly button were perfectly placed. I don't have many pictures facing forward but you can See how even they are which is extremely hard to do. I'm not usally one to speak negative but i feel i need to share my experience. I was recommended this shop by a coworker and decided to go in an get my nose pierced for the first time. All went fairly ok until the actual piercing. The piercer(short asian guy) seemed to struggle with getting the jewelry through my nose but after a few minutes it was in and i was on my way out. I left and after about 30 minutes my nose was still bleeding! Called the shop and recieved no help. To make a long story short, i had to go to laughing buddah in upland to get it fixed. One of the piercers there said my nose was pierced at in incorrect angle and was placed way to low(on the curve of my nostril not in the crease. Wish i couldve had a better expierience but that life i guess. read more
