Jacky was so helpful when I went in to get my nose pierced. This piercing shop is laid out really well and there's no clutter. It was really laid back and comfortable. Jacky walked me through the whole process and made the entire experience enjoyable. I'll be going back to get more work done for sure and I'd definitely recommend this shop. read more

She was very professional, she explained the process to us, and made us feel very comfortable, as my daughter was very nervous about it. Everything was very clean too. I highly recommend her! I'm so embarrassed to show my tattoo to anyone. It's so ugly and I wish they would at least fix it, but didn't even bother to reach out due to it maybe looking worse if fixed. Ultimately do not come here, low quality tattoos. The service sucked and the artist are not experienced.

I have multiple tattoos on my person, so I'm aware of what the colors the pigment of my skin can handle. Before tattooing I let Art know I want this tattoo to look vibrant, stand out, and be full of color. He said he can make this happen. The design was good, but he made the coloring so dark it didn't stand out, it didn't have a vibrant look, and he messed up the coloring. Six weekend went by as I was sending him text messages to go in for my touch up and try to fix this darkness. After multiple text and voicemails I had to go in person to find out why he is not responding back. He said that he had to get a new number, but yet made no attempt to contact his clients to let them know. Anybody with clients always knows to contact them with any change in location and number. He did not! I expressed to him that he went to dark, made multiple mistakes and said I would like to fixed. He then told me what he will and will not fix. He even said that he wet to dark and said there's nothing he can do about it now. Don't waste your time, your money, and your effort with him. He is one of those people that will not stick to what is agreed upon. I have had many artist work on me and stay committed with their work until it is what the client wants. once again Art is not the person. I have to go to another artist to fix what Art did in hope that it will be what I always wanted.
