I went in for a navel piercing with Wendy, she checked if I have proper anatomy for the standard navel but cleared it'd be best for a flat disk navel piercing instead. I appreciate her checking and recommending the flat disk rather than piercing me without a care and to later get a rejecting wound. Wendy is very kind and easy to communicate with. Paid $45 to make an appt at this place for my daughter's belly piercing. They will not let you make an appt without paying first. Now I know why. This is how they profit by stealing your $. My daughter went with her friend to get the piecing with us two moms. When we got there Jackie told us she would not recommend it because of the type of bellybutton my daughter had because it would scar, which was fine. Or they could do a disc at the end of the piercing. However the other employee said the disc was too big for her. Therefore it could not be done because 1. Not recommended and 2. They did not have the size she needed. They would not give the $45 back and said we had to do another piercing, nose, ear etc. which is not what we were there for or what we paid for. We told them to use the $45 toward my friend daughter's piercing that did get hers done and they refused. POOR service and quality! I would not recommend this place unless you go there first, they steal your $ if they don't recommed getting the service you were booked for. DO NOT pay the $45 to make an appointment unless you want to loose it. read more

I asked to have my nose pierced in the appointment and they already knew what I was there for. Quick easy, in and out. Done. She even dotted a couple places so I could see where exactly I wanted it. Cost is cheaper than most places - 35 piercing fee and additional jewelry if you decide to not be basic. I paid less than 80 but did tip her.
