I guess I wasn't expecting a lot from a taxi service in Fargo. The main reason that I used this taxi service, however, is because I somehow left my driver's license at TSA in Cincinnati. The Hertz counter would not give me my car without it, even though I am a Gold member, I know my drivers' license number by heart, and I had a different photo ID. Oh well, this review isn't about them. These were the folks that were standing at the bottom of the stairs as available for a taxi ride, so I just went with them, rather than calling another company. (because I wasn't even sure if their WAS another company.) They market themselves as a "luxury car service at a taxi price" or something of that nature. Uh, no. These so-called "luxury" cars, well, they might be a Lincoln or something like that, but they're so old they can hardly be considered luxury. You can tell that these cars have been in use a long time with many a passenger. Kind of gross, really. The drivers were only kind-of helpful. They were, however, VERY talkative- a quality which I don't generally appreciate. I'm not here to get your life story, man, I just need a ride. But I'm a nice gal, so I did engage in the conversation when it was clear that he just needed to chat. Anyway, I used Lucky 7 three separate times while I was in town, and was not all that impressed, but I wasn't completely enraged by them either like some of the other reviewers. Would I use them again? Yeah, probably, considering it is a very short ride to anywhere I go in Fargo. Would I be thrilled about using them again? Probably not. read more

Awful. I called at 9:40am and spoke with a female dispatcher. I needed a ride from the Super 8 of which there are two...so I gave her the exact address. She told me 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called her back. She told me the driver was making another run and it would be another 7 minutes. At 10:30am I tried calling her again only to repeatedly get a VOICE MAIL!!!! I tried multiple times over the next 10 minutes...still VOICE MAIL!!! At 10:40 (an HOUR later) the driver called my cell to tell me he was out front. Unfortunately I WAS OUT FRONT!!! He went to the wrong Super 8. Once he finally got here he told me the female dispatcher sent him to the wrong one. Never Again. There are other Taxi Services in Fargo. read more

Picked me up at the airport to go to the best western kelly inn and suites in a sedan. I would recommend this car service. Driver was Professional and friendly. Willing to share about the area and took care of my bags. Will use again in Fargo for sure. read more

I know the Fargo Moorhead area quite well, so when my Lucky 7 driver told me it was quicker to go around the north side of the airport and on to old Highway 81, I knew I was being given a line of BS. The ride from oak port in north Moorhead ended up costing me $20.50. I should have taken Uber who quoted me $12! read more

I almost forgot to review this taxi service but then saw a newspaper article in the Forum. Anyway took the cab from s. Fargo to airport. I called the day before to arrange taxi to pick me up around 430AM the cab was prompt although I received no help with my luggage. I had to lift my bags in car. I got in the car and the first thing I notice was how unkept the car was, leather seats were tore all the information lights in information panel were on. "check engine, the oil light".Then we get on the interstate and the car was not driving appropriately. It was chugging along. The driver saw the concern on my face and said "don't worry we will get there it does this all the time, the owner is broke and doesn't want to fix the cars". The airport was out of rental cars, so I had to cab it around town for my stay. I called the dispatcher and explained that I'd need multiple rides over the course of several days. She took down my credit card info (to save time in the cab). The drivers were always prompt and got me where I needed to go without any delay. Another reviewer complained about the cabs, clearly she has never ridden in any taxis in other major cities. I'll take these Lincoln Town Cars over any of the crappy cabs in Boston or New York. I called Lucky 7 taxi on May 22nd or 23rd requesting a 6am airport cab for May 26th. A woman answered the phone, took my address and phone number. She repeated the information including address, phone number, and departure time back to me accurately. No cab ever showed up and no one ever called me. I called the dispatch line that morning and got voicemail. Thank goodness there were Uber drivers available or I would have been getting a friend out of bed with a 6am surprise or else missed my flight. read more

On Saturday morning at about 2:24 AM I got a cab from Lucky 7 at the Amtrak in Fargo to 400 Broadway N in Downtown Fargo. The Fare was $5.80. I paid the driver ten dollars. He did not even offer me my change. He also did not help me load luggage at Amtrak he sat in the cab heat blowing on him wipers going as the snow fell hard and the wind blew. Then he kept my ten dollars. That is robbery in my book. Any Cab Driver should have given the change immediately. read more

They were standing at the bottom of the stairs at the airport and I needed a ride. I specifically asked the cab driver if he accepts credit cards as I had no cash. As he is driving he calls his boss to run my credit card and when the boss doesn't answer tells me I will need to pay cash. By this time we were already half way to my destination. I had no choice but to go to an ATM and get cash to pay the driver. Shady. read more

As usual, they under deliver! Set up early morning pick up the night before and they are 15 minutes late. I am not happy, so at the airport the taxi driver drops my bag close to my toes and says "don't hit your toes". Classy! read more

AWFUL, AWFUL service. I called for a cab at a bar, they told me to just go outside and grab the first one I saw. So, I get in the first Lucky 7 I see...2 minutes later, I get a call from another cab driver, who yells at me for not being there for the cab, and then hangs up on me when I tried to explain what happened. I would crawl home, before I would ever use Lucky 7 again. I called their number to comnplain about the driver and the operator hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
