Noticed the permanent damage to side rail, when I removed it for cleaning recently. Owner hasn't respond to my email or phone calls to try and get a replacement for my now damaged RH Side rack. Watch what you have them do to your trailer. Stripped six bolts and permanently bent my side rail. Also used wrong adapter that chewed into the aluminum rail on rack tube.

The gentleman who runs the place was very helpful. He took me outside and showed me a range of models - complete with a rundown of the features of each, structural aspects, and price points. We reviewed entry level, mid-level, and top-of-the-line options on all of the trailers we looked at. He also answered all of my questions.
