There was a horrible storm, possibly even a tornado or very strong straight line winds broke a tree branch off, hit front windshield, made him swerve, wind up in a ditch, running over another tree branch, hitting a tree, wind up on his side in said ditch with front end still in the tree. Thank god he is ok. Car is Totalled. He called 911. Sheriff's Dept showed up. Did their thing and left really quickly. They were really busy that evening. Storms were REALLY bad. They called the This damn towning company. Which showed up long after we and the Fire Dept & EMS had already left the scene. They towed the car to their lot. They call my son a couple days later. Listen up folks.....They wanted $600. Yup. That's right. $600. To tow a vehicle approximately 10 miles. TEN MILES people. You know Tommy acted like he was doing a favor by dropping the price to $480 plus signing over the car to him. This guy is nothing but a rip off artist. All my son wanted was to get his stuff out of his car and leave. But NO, Tommy, the rip off artist would NOT allow this. We HAD to PAY. This is wrong on so many levels. And it should be illegal to this. Let me say this again: He MADE us pay $480 AND SIGN OVER THE TITLE TO THE CAR since we were leaving it there because it was totalled.

They jumped on it and had everything passing state inspection in a couple days for a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them for things I cannot manage to do myself. They made a real bargain of replacing all the brake line a few years ago. I gave them a hint for rusted out brake lines. Just use a hacksaw.

The belt to the alternator that had just been replaced had come apart since the Hundai dealer didn't tighten any bolts. So they came with a U-haul motorcycle trailer and a pickup truck, and after WE loaded the bike on the trailer they towed it back to their shop and the mechanic who towed it (nice guy) plugged the tire. Then he says go see the boss for the bill. They gouged my friend $265.00 for a ten mile tow. That's not a typo! That's just crazy, but what are you gonna do? I know! Never go back there, and tell all your friends to stay away too.
