Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive and repeatedly squeezed the NeeDoh right in our faces while saying, "There is nothing wrong with it." He was practically yelling at us, even though the toy clearly had a hole. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing customer service experience.

It was a good decision! The prices were a bit better than you typically find at a department store: $50 per pair of jeans, $80 for 2 pairs, and a bunch of perfectly respectable stuff on clearance for $20 or less. Everything was perfectly organized and well stocked. I ended up walking out with 4 pairs of jeans for $114: an excellent deal. The service was a mixed bag. I was the only customer in the store, and there were three associates working there. At first, one of them was very helpful, explaining what the sizes meant (they use waist and length for women's jeans, which is unusual but precise). However, it was hard to find someone to unlock a fitting room for me. The first time was fine, but the second time, I looked all around the store and couldn't find anyone for maybe 3-5 minutes before one of them materialized again. I was their only customer; they can't have been THAT busy. Still, I suppose it's better than having someone follow me around and try to sell me things I don't need. And they were perfectly friendly and cheerful. Anyway, the important thing is that I got an excellent deal on good jeans with a minimum of hassle. I'd go again, but I won't need any more jeans for a while!

This is frustrating to learn that they could have saved me money, but either were too lazy or poorly trained. Also the store itself needs a little TLC. It's dark, has a funky odor and looks very dated. You won't survive like this, and it's a shame.

The owner, the people who work at both Longneck and the Lewes store are all helpful and kind. I love shopping local and enjoy great customer service.
