Worst customer service at Serena and Lily outlet in Rehoboth Beach. I went in specifically to buy a…read moreset of Queen size sheets. The sheets are in individual labeled bins. What I thought were sheets turned out to be a duvet cover. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately went back to the store to make an exchange. I was met by the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation and was told all sales are final. Lexi went on to lie and say she told me at checkout what I was purchasing stating it is their policy to do so. There were 2 of us checking out, my daughter in law and I both heard Lexi say "These are standard size pillow cases, are you aware of that?" To which we both replied yes. She never mentioned the duvet, had she done so we would have realized the error immediately. The duvet was in the bin labeled Queen size SHEETS. It was an honest mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I have been buying S&L since 2009 but am sad to say they lost a good customer. Will never shop at any Serena and Lily store/outlet/online again. I reached out to Manager and customer support with no luck. The lack of respect for loyal customers begins with their corporate team and ends with local store managers. Tanger Outlers at Rehoboth Beach is so massive that it has three plazas along Rte 1…read more The Surfside Plaza is the size of an average Tanger Outlets on its own, so it has plenty to keep you fully occupied with your shopping. This plaza seems to be the location for designer brands - Coach, Kate Spade, and now the home of the brand new Lululemon Pop-Up! Rehoboth did a great job of adding a cafe to each plaza and has multiple restrooms too.

We were getting some long sleeves for our upcoming Alaska cruise next year. I found an ultra lightweight long sleeve for 50% off. My wife found a pair of fleece lined snoga pants on the clearance rack. Yeahhh... snoga - snow yoga! Originally, $256 - they were marked down to $49 - but they somehow rung up at the register for $7.99!!! The store is gorgeous! With a timeline of the company on the walls and a clever climbing rope system above the fitting room, they truly like to make the store feel like the setting for their clothing line.

The clothing is well made, comfortable, and unique, dependent on the area where there store is located. I came in here looking for the shirts unique to this area. I like how they cater a shirt to each are they have a store. With this location being in the Rehoboth Beach area they had ones for both Delaware and Maryland. I was able to grab a shirt for each state and still able to browse for more. When I was searching for the shirts I was helped by a very friendly staff member. She directed me to where more shirts were located and that's how I secured the two shirts. After that I made my way to the jackets. I decided to finally bite the bullet and purchase a new, well made, winter jacket. For being and outlet I kind of expected better pricing, but you can't have everything. Pricing wasn't horrible, as I prepared myself beforehand. Note here, do not confuse this with the location in the the Tanger Outlet spot up the street. That is like the discounted/discontinued Columbia store.

I always attempt to look through the clearance pants to see if my size is available... and the shelves were so packed that it was difficult to even take a pair off the shelf. The hangers are packed on the rack so much that you can barely move the items. The selection is still there, but it would be very difficult to find what you want. We did not end up buying anything, but we did see two employees restocking shelves.

Large space that is filled to the brim with their shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. I always love their hoodies so I spent a good portion of my time browsing that section. Did I need to? No, but I did anyway. Staff were pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. They also made me aware of the sales they were having and that if I needed anything to just ask.

They don't really have very good sales most of the time, so I normally don't buy anything here. They used to have a Dresswear section that had nice blouses, but they have gotten rid of that. Hopefully in the future, they will run better sales and I would be more likely to buy items from here.
