What I thought were sheets turned out to be a duvet cover. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately went back to the store to make an exchange. I was met by the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation and was told all sales are final. Lexi went on to lie and say she told me at checkout what I was purchasing stating it is their policy to do so. There were 2 of us checking out, my daughter in law and I both heard Lexi say "These are standard size pillow cases, are you aware of that?" To which we both replied yes. She never mentioned the duvet, had she done so we would have realized the error immediately. The duvet was in the bin labeled Queen size SHEETS. It was an honest mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I have been buying S&L since 2009 but am sad to say they lost a good customer. Will never shop at any Serena and Lily store/outlet/online again. I reached out to Manager and customer support with no luck. The lack of respect for loyal customers begins with their corporate team and ends with local store managers. This plaza seems to be the location for designer brands - Coach, Kate Spade, and now the home of the brand new Lululemon Pop-Up! Rehoboth did a great job of adding a cafe to each plaza and has multiple restrooms too.

Originally, $256 - they were marked down to $49 - but they somehow rung up at the register for $7.99!!! The store is gorgeous! With a timeline of the company on the walls and a clever climbing rope system above the fitting room, they truly like to make the store feel like the setting for their clothing line.

She directed me to where more shirts were located and that's how I secured the two shirts. After that I made my way to the jackets. I decided to finally bite the bullet and purchase a new, well made, winter jacket. For being and outlet I kind of expected better pricing, but you can't have everything. Pricing wasn't horrible, as I prepared myself beforehand. Note here, do not confuse this with the location in the the Tanger Outlet spot up the street. That is like the discounted/discontinued Columbia store.

I always attempt to look through the clearance pants to see if my size is available... and the shelves were so packed that it was difficult to even take a pair off the shelf. The hangers are packed on the rack so much that you can barely move the items. The selection is still there, but it would be very difficult to find what you want. We did not end up buying anything, but we did see two employees restocking shelves.
