I went into the store looking for only one thing and just like most times you pick up additional…read moreitems. This was my first time to Saks off fifth and I was very surprised on the pricing for the designer brands. I think I bought around 15 things which is something that I never do. I still have clothes that I wear from high school and college!!!?? The staff was very friendly and courteous, and answered plenty of questions. The one thing I did not like about the store I wish it could have been better. It was that they had more staff and more available dressing rooms. But overall, my experience was very good and despite the , small amount of staff because no one was coming to work according to the folks working there. My experience was really good. I will be back, but on a Sunday instead of a Saturday when I know there will be less people shopping. I also found a brand new favorite clothing company that I had never been aware of named Tailor Byrd. Their clothes are amazing and they fit very well. So I will admit that they have a fan in me going forward for semi casual wear, three button polo, shirts, and shorts that can be worn on the golf course or in a semi casual setting.

Manager walked away on first attempt and rolled eyes, when i said to the cashier I'll just take my stuff and go to a different location manager came back put in something in the computer asked me 10 different questions including what my address was? and granted me store credit finally. I shopped around picking out some things while the manager stared me down with a dirty look and checked out quick having go order the rest of what i wanted online due to feeling so uncomfortable. After leaving the store i checked my receipt and then realized that whatever manager this was gave me the lowest prices for the 4 things i brought back (which i paid full price for) resulting in me losing out in over 100 dollars worth of store credit. Extremely upsetting coming from someone who worked in retail for years, id never treat a paying customer like that. I'd go back for the screw up but i don't even want to deal with another insane situation like this. Good luck to anyone who wants to make a simple return for store credit at this location. 12/17/25

When I reached the person, they were from the online Ralph Lauren business and unable to help me. I asked the staff if they were empowered to make customers happy, and their answer was no. I was remarkably calm the entire time; I got ganged up by four different people, with one of them shouting at me. I had a relatively minor issue with their jeans; they had a belt loop that had detached. It was less than six months old and worn a few times. They insisted that I call customer service to ship it back myself. However, the person on the phone couldn't help me because they were with the online business, not the store business. I went in to the store with 2 asks - 1. Return/ exchange a specific belt (children section) with a bigger size. Stacy was kind and professional enough to help me with the process - nothing exceptional on her part in terms of addressing the request, right? But what makes it special is how she made me feel! She is an absolute star!! 2. Exchanging a kid's dress (NWT, still on the hanger) that was out of the return window and probably a discontinued style. I wasn't too optimistic about my options but Stacy went out of her way to not just help me look for a similar style in the right size, but also got the required approvals to initiate my return, which I was totally not expecting tbh!
