This interruption was neither necessary nor handled with the level of courtesy one would expect in a professional environment. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of organization, internal communication, and respect for clients. I believe it is reasonable to expect punctuality, professionalism, and proper staff conduct--especially at the rate being charged.
