WARM FUZZIES GONE We have been boarding our dogs with Patty…read moreand Jenny since they opened in 1995. It was a wonderful experience, truly "almost home!" On several occasions when they would not eat, Patty would even call to ask permission to switch their food brand to spark their appetite or to add green beans. Then, when Patty got sick, they hired from outside. After Patty's passing, things seemed to change. My "warm fuzzies" disappeared. Things were "adequate". During our last visit, our dogs were to share an enclosure, as they have some separation anxiety when left. Much to my surprise, when we returned I was informed they were separated for their entire stay. I was told they had to be separated because of fighting. These dogs live together! I expressed my displeasure without raising my voice or using profanity, and was never given an explanation of why I was not called and that was "unacceptable". I was mad! I was then told if I didn't like they way they chose to handle the situation, "not to come back". We now have pet care in our home and know exactly who is caring for our dogs. I suggest you do the same!

Ever since that first day she runs in and licks the faces of the friendly people working there. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. The price is right and they can always seem to fit us in, sometimes even last minute. I definitely recommend using this kennel for your boarding needs.

About $1000 later, my pup went to med vet who removed the cast and said the x ray was misread. When I tried to get my money back, little Timmy wouldn't give it to me. Done with him. Dr Fouts is knowledgeable and caring with my pets. I have been through some very rough times with them such as a difficult euthanasia and a pet with a chronic illness and they have made the experience wonderful. The front desk staff are rockstars and know me by name when I come in. They are friendly and engaging. I have interacted with Dr Hopping, although she has not seen my animals, and she seems great as well. The hospital is beautiful and clean. If I need a medication or food they look into ordering it for me. Their prices are reasonable. My pets actually enjoy coming here, as do I. Calls and lab results are returned promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. They do some neat adoption events and open houses through out the year, so keep an eye out for those. I really could go on and on, but you have to see for yourself. If you want the best care for your pet, this is your place!

He was standing in the corner facing the wall when I mentioned it to her she said oh he's just old. I pointed out. No he was scared. Was also told they don't interact with the dogs at all so they just put them in the room and shut the door would not recommend this place at all. We ended up walking out.

I've taken my dog here two separate times for daycare, but have heard prior from other dog owners not recommending this place because of their dogs also catching kennel cough. Also, everytime I pick up my dog she reeks of pee and is absolutely disgusting. This place is an indoor facility with a very small out door area with turf. I don't even know if they prioritize letting them outside, if at all, or when. It's definitely not enough space for the amount of dogs they take in. They won't let you see the area they place them in for daycare either - they tell you to look at the photos they have on their Facebook page. So you can imagine the amount of feces on the ground of this place even if they say they have "dedicated areas" for them to use the bathroom. It's clearly not prioritized for them to be cleaning this up frequently, otherwise my dog wouldn't come home smelling absolutely horrible every single time. I shouldn't have to pay for a bath every time she attends daycare or is boarded. Especially for specific breeds, you literally cannot wash their coats that often. I figured I would be given some sort of overview when I picked her up since it was her first time staying like how she did, if she ate her food, how she was through the night and the next morning; I received none of that. Just pay and here's your dog. All in all, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, and everyone else's word turned out to be true in the end. I do not recommend this place and will never be back.
