Very friendly and professional. We had a few folks to need a little TLC while we were out for spring break! Could not have been happier with the quality of service and care! Plus we got daily updates and photos of the clan during their visits. It was too funny but good to have the updates and to see the smiles all around! Packed up and ready to go for the weekend, we get there and she tells us that our reservation was declined, and we were notified. We did not receive an email or call. Lady was rude and did not seem sympathetic at all or offer any kind of help. Will not recommend this place to any friends, or return. Big Time Kennel is just down the road, and were so understanding of our situation. They got us in with no notice and were very friendly. The pets have more outdoor access, the grounds are nice, only 21 a day for our dog. Go there instead.
