I was very happy with their service. They got me in on short notice and all three of my dogs looked amazing.

But, I did not. I brought him to Howard Animal Hospital, where I sat on the ground with my convulsing dog while the staff had their lunch. I had called them, frantic, and said that my dog may have had a stroke and seemed like he was dying. I was told that their lunch break was until 1:00, so he couldn't possibly be seen until then. So I had to wait in the 115 degree heat, holding my dying dog in my arms. They would not even open the doors so we could get out of the sun. I was losing my 15-year old dog, yet was greeted by a cold, distant receptionist who insisted on the paperwork being done before the vet would see my dog. And oh, no, my friend could not give her credit card over the phone. "If you had thought to ask, I would have told you that we don't do that here!" Once the payment method was settled, the doctor finally shuffled into the exam room, looking like every one of his 90 years. He never touched my dog during the exam, just pointed at him and said "Something is wrong with his brain." I felt as if I were in a bad dream - watching as my dog lay dying in front of a vet for whom I had raced over desert roads for 50 miles. He just directed the vet tech to turn him, just pointing a finger. I ended up having to make the decision to have my loving companion euthanized. Two months later, the questions and memory still haunt me. If we had not been forced to wait in the hot sun, if he had been examined by a vet who actually cared, would he still be alive? This man and his entire staff need to be on a permanent lunch break. Please, folks, do not take your animals to this nightmarish hell hole.

Debra posted soo many pictures and videos of her they are such a comfort to review now! She provided many updates on how she was doing under her care.I was a bit nervous boarding her at first as Holly was more of a people dog and standoffish with other dogs. She also had some allergies that had to be monitored which she did no problem. The energy there is so calm and relaxing Holly fit right in with the other dogs. Highly recommended service if you are in the PS area! She treats every dog like her own!

So if you're reading this and wondering about your fur baby staying here, look no more, it's a dream! When I came across Debra's Yelp page, I was instantly locked in by her set up and how cozy it looked and how she hosts small dogs and only a handful at a time. I believe the small crowd is what made Zoey so comfortable and feeling right at home. From our first interaction, everything was excellent! I loved how she had everything so detailed and even the option to "opt out" of anything she offers, like walks or treats. The day of Zoey's stay, drop-off was quick and no issues. I loved that she had a seatbelt and bed for Zoey to properly secure her in her car. I normally have issues when I leave her overnight at boarding places, but this was the first time in a long time I was at ease. My favorite thing was how Debra kept me up to date on her Instagram with pictures of Zoey living her best life! She was having so much fun playing with all the other little pups. I can't say enough lovely things about Debra and her hosting. Zoey was so happy her whole stay, which made us happy and able to enjoy our event. We have officially found our forever sitter, and there is no better feeling than that!

How fortunate to find Kat and her team who are professional, provided great communication, pictures and videos, and I had a worry free time away. From the moment my pets met Kat, she commanded instant respect. Kat has that magic that animal respond to. My dog Bella watched her like a hawk and did everything she asked when she said it. Even things I didn't think she would understand! I realized in that moment my dog has been ignoring me! LOL Go ahead book your stay with Kat now, I already booked our next trip with her. I selfishly almost didn't want to share her if you know what I mean.

He first went for 7 nights when he was 4.5 months old and again for a 3 night refresher to reinforce existing skills and learn an important new command once he was more mentally mature at 7 months old. Kat took the time to really understand his lifestyle and shape his training goals with me ahead of both stays and both times we got back a happy, healthy and focused pup who loves to show off his tricks and manners! He was understandably a little nervous the first time we dropped him off but the second time he was thrilled to be back, which just shows how much fun he had there with her!! You can tell that Kat cares deeply about the dogs she works with and I'm so glad we found her out here in the desert. I highly recommend the customizable board and train service to provide structure, fundamentals and/or personalized learning (then you just need to stay consistent at home continuing to reinforce the new skills). Thank you Kat for all you've taught Ozzie - we will definitely be back!
