Made a same day spa appointment. I arrived and Joyce was very nice. She gave me a estimated timeframe of when my dog would be ready and she was right.. I received a call when it was time for pickup and Joyce brought out my dog, happy and clean. She gave me a run down of how it all went and what was done. I'm happy with my experience. Renaissance got me a same day appointment and my dog was happy. It was reasonably priced (and it wasn't extra for my large dog) and I liked Joyce enough to feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. read more

I want to tell you how wonderful Joyce is at Renaissance. I came into in to get my dog's nails clipped. She did it right away, did an excellent job and I was telling her about a problem with my other dog in his ears. She immediately asked me to bring the dog in and without charging me a penny. She gave Mariposa the greatest ear cleaning I'd ever seen and more importantly taught me how to do it correctly. And then just as a thank you. She clipped her nails too. No charge. The staff is very friendly, professional and caring. There is staff 24 hours per day. The facility is extremely clean (to include their personal rooms and the playgrounds). Love love love the pictures posted every night. The pets always appear happy. You may message or call and if not answered immediately they will shortly call back. All of our pets (both dogs and cats) have been treated well and like the facility. (In fact one of our cats I think liked it better there than at home.). When you book grooming, they are quick to take your deposit. It guarantees they get your money! But don't mistakenly think it guarantees your appointment! We were booked before going away on vacation. Two hours before the appointment, they canceled the appointment. THEY canceled us! Groomer called in sick! We ended up taking dirty dogs to visit relatives. I told them we didn't expect a specific groomer, anyone would be fine. They wouldn't accommodate our pre-scheduled appointment! I love this place. My dog loves this place. I found my dog on the street. She was a stray. I had no idea how to be a dog and we started taking her there to socialize her and teach her how to be a dog and she is a completely different dog because this place she is so happy and playful and socialized and she loves coming over there. She gets so excited when we pull up and she goes inside and greets everybody that works there and she goes there and has a great time and comes home exhausted from playing all day And every time I see a picture of her she is smiling from ear to ear and they're so cool because they post pictures on Facebook all day so you can actually see how your dog is doing and I feel safe with my dog there. I feel comfortable and I feel like they really care about her. They're always so happy when she walks in and say hi by her name, they remember her name and it's just so sweet. I love this place. We had a GREAT Experience with Renaissance and highly Recommend! Our pup Darby can be a bit timid when in new places. It was her first time being groomed at Renaissance so she was a bit nervous. Our appointment was with Kelli and she did an amazing job! Kelli greeted us when we came in the door and really knew how to read Darbys uncertainty of the new place, so she took the extra time to get to know Darby and make her more comfortable. She treated Darby as if she was her own and that meant a lot to us. Darby has been to other groomers in town and they just had that "turn & burn" feel when we went. Not that they did a bad job, but they just didn't take the time to truly know our pup and her needs.
