My husband's massage started at 3:15..no one came to me until 3:20..when she did come she massaged me for about 10min then walked away for about 2 minutes. She started again, after about 10.min she answered the phone while massaging me,,resumed again..2 more calls came in...she apologized kept massaging then out of no where she left and another girl took over. She didn't even know which side to finish I told her but she didn't understand..she walked away and the other one returned to ask me what happened...ok..long story short with all of that my husband's massage ended at 4:15 and mine abruptly ended at 4:20..I didn't get my full hour which I paid for with all the interruptions. I was upset and I told the lady at the front desk turns out she was the one who first assisted me. She apologized but didn't offer to lower the price or anything. My husband still tipped. Not sure if I'm returning. That was not fair or professional.
