But once the appointment was made, the actual massage was thorough and good (it was supposed to come with an add-on treatment that was forgotten though). The second time, making an appointment was much easier. The actual massage however wasn't customized to the actual body parts that we wanted massaged - it was just a regular body massage (not sure where the communication broke down).
