We decided to walk over after seeing a movie on the Blvd. I feel the spot is perfection, and they have a great open area that flows well from inside to outside. Primary perk of this visit. I ordered cauliflower bites as an appetizer, then shrimp tacos as a meal, and my husband got the pub burger. When asked what kind of dressing I'd like with my salad, I asked about Italian or like a vinegarette and was told nope. They had ranch, Bleu cheese, or Cesar. The cauli bites were my secondary choice to the brussell sprouts they still have listed on their online menu, to which we were told they no longer had. The cauliflower bites were not crispy but more mushy, and we ate only one piece and took the rest home, hoping our air fryer might help some - haven't tried to reheat them just yet. I thought the flavor of my shrimp was good, but I then asked for hot sauce or salsa and was told they had only chilula. I accepted and waited....and waited....and waited. My husband got up and went to ask. He was told that was a mistake, and they had NO type of hot sauce or salsa but offered buffalo sauce. My husband's tater tots looked like barely cooked frozen tots. FYI. He said his burger was very good. I then asked about the chocolate cake. They had two different kinds on their menu. I was told they had none and that there was ice cream or sorbet. Much less than what their menu said. The meal came to 80ish dollars including 1 glass of wine and 1 glass of beer. Not worth it at all. By about the point of no hot sauce/salsa and the limited dressing (before the meal even came), I had decided I would never go back. They need to step up their game on some things for sure. read more

I've already enjoyed the beer of Lucky Luke Brewing in Palmdale, CA. I truly love the food at the brewpub. This business has been incredibly accommodating during COVID; shade, misters, as much seating as possible with social distancing, delivery, pick-up, ordering applications that work, and true engagement on social media from the owners, Brian and Sam. (They're married and they run a brewery + brewpub together! How cute is that? Relationship goals.) Let's talk about food and beer. I'm stuck on the Hot Cauliflower Sandwich and sweet potato fries; I struggle to order anything else but I've loved the Fancy Pants Burger, Pretzel, Cauliflower Bites (it's like enjoying wings without feeling gross!), but I always come back to my Hot Cauli Sando (it's vegan too, and I'm not!). My go-to beer? Luke's Original. It actually won a medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2019. During the summer months, it's all I drink when I stop by. Was in town with a large group for softball tournament and they accommodated our needs with no issue! Drinks were fantastic, service was top notch! A gastropub in Lancaster is not a place I expected to have designated vegan menu with a note stating they use separate fryers, and yet here they are having nailed fried cauliflower giving it incredible breading and juicy texture most pronounced in the Korean "chicken" sliders with amazing spicy sauce. I was blown away as I've eaten A LOT of vegan food, but this was really special, so mad props. Otherwise typical bar atmosphere and adequate service. Only wish they had craft cocktails. read more

poor service the hostess had to seat, serve us, but good food but when sitting outside had to clear table and chairs from all the leaves ourselves. when visiting in palmdale I always make time to enjoy your beer and restaurant in Lancaster but a nightmare this time, we ordered food and drinks but some of food never came so inquired after some time it never was placed and offered no apologies just they said sent servers home as not busy, one server was seated at the bar playing on her phone another waiting on few customers but whoever was the hostess a young girl who should be trained to act like one and make customers welcomed not angry. I don't recommend your brewpub unless better training on etiquette and make customers feel welcomed to enjoy what you have for food and spirits! read more

This is the third Lucky Luke location we've visited and it's the original, we have loved all 3! The only slight disappointment was that the service was just okay. Our server was friendly, but we were never brought silverware (we had apps, a burger, and wings at the table), had to wait a long time to ask for napkins, and we're really only checked on if a drink was completely empty. First of all, let me start by commending this restaurant for still serving diners in the midst of a pandemic! We were seated outside under misters during this heatwave which was awesome! The servers were friendly, and they did a great job serving. We went during the Farmer's Market on a Thursday. The food service was great, all things considered. And the plating was beautiful. The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because I felt the Burger patty itself was under seasoned. My burger (Fancy Pants) had very strong flavors, but salt and pepper was needed for the patty, and maybe less mustard? I enjoyed it, but it became overwhelming to eat. My date did not enjoy his chili fries, as he felt the chili was lacking. I believe this is a bright spot on the boulevard, it just needs a few seasoning tweaks. We ordered the Veggie Tostada, Cauliflower Bites, Brussel Sprouts and Totchos. We paired them with the Scotch ale and Pittman Amber. Excellent combinations! The Totchos was the least favorite, but very good. For the Veggie Tostada, the combination of sweet potatoes and black beans with the veggie chorizo complimented each other so well. Definitely something to come back and enjoy again. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I usually Cal only handle a small amount of brussel sprouts. These are so good, they'll change your mind about brussel sprouts! Finally, the cauliflower Bites were a great blend of breading and cooking just enough that they were crispy but the cauliflower wasn't overcooked. We had the blue cheese and coffee bbq dips. So good!
