The requests were a bit complicated but still well within what banks normally assist with. I went to four Citi branches, two other KPCU locations, and one Chase branch with the exact same request. The level of customer service I received from Holly and Raj at the KPCU Milpitas location was by far the best. It was not even close. Holly and Raj are incredibly friendly and genuinely willing to help. The moment you walk into the branch, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I worked with Holly multiple times, and she treats every customer like a close friend. This branch truly feels like a neighborhood bank where the staff know their customers and are happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. I would absolutely recommend banking with KPCU, especially the Milpitas branch. Large banks often feel impersonal, where every interaction is purely transactional and you are just a name in a system. KPCU is the opposite. They truly care about their clients and it shows in every interaction.

I approached her window & said I do not have an apt. She then replied "oh, we close in 30 mins and we don't have a banker" She did offer to make an apt for me for Monday. I can do that on my own, thank you very much. What you should have done was greeted your clients as soon as we came in & let me know you don't have a banker available to assist. Instead of having me sit there for 15 mins, and then tell me. It wasn't like they were busy doing anything else but chatting and laughing loudly. There was another couple waiting in the lobby with me and they came out right after me. And they were there before I even came in. I can't imagine how long they were waiting!
