Exchange rates vary daily depending on foreign currency highs and lows. Whether it's for Japanese Yen, South Korean Won, Hong Kong Dollar, Euros or Mexican Pesos, I never had any problems working with them over the years. Great solid service as needed and no additional questions asked. CXI does charge high fees for processing, which is included in the actual amount you're getting back and quite convenient if you don't carry a lot of currencies and don't want to go to a bank. Don't expect equal currency value for other currency values since CXI fees are high. Great place to cash in extra currencies in small amounts, especially after a trip abroad. Otherwise, pay more to buy more international currencies. I didn't know that most places don't accept 1 euro and 2 euro coins. Yes, those convenient coins are always leftovers after trips. Some currency exchange spots don't accept those coins either. U.S. banks are extremely picky. They would accept actual paper money, but not coins. Interesting. Glad to have CXI open daily here. I was able to exchange 19 euros at CXI with no issues this week. They may have limited amounts of currencies or too much of one type on hand. Overall, convenience works here. Staff is professional and nice too. If you have extra 1 euro or 2 euro coins, this place will take them. I'll be back.

I was assured by the employee three times that she saw my loan and I was able to come pick it up anytime before 7. so I drove for 40 minutes each way and getting all the way over there- only for her to look at the computer.& say " Oh, I'm so sorry. cut time already passed." The epitome of unprofessional. WTF!!? So I'm out gas and money only for her to respond with. "I'm sorry" and essentially that I was correct in the first place and just wasted my time. Then, when I called back during my second forty minute drive for NOTHING-& spoke to Gina who is the purportedly the district manager who apologized again, but kept directing me back to what the paperwork says.. as if that's going to pay me back for their incompetence. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Are either of you going to send me back my gas money or give me for my time back for being misinformed? Doubt it. I suggest if you're gonna hire them, concentrate on them actually giving out the right information in the first place, not simply giving out misinformation so easily instead of nonsense that others have to deal with the aftermath. I give my business to you with trust and am thanked with lack of factual information and actually caring about what your customers think. Sincerely not appreciated and "I'm sorry" doesn't do s*#t. I'll take my business elsewhere and be sure to tell EVERYONE I know about this damb foolishness- so they ain't have to suffer incompetence too. Being" New" doesn't excuse my being put into a predicament because you did not train your explore PROPERLY, and aren't inclined to care more than you implying " Read your paperwork." -it's insolent. Thanks for nothing.
