The KPCU Milpitas branch is easily my favorite bank. I never thought I would write a bank review until my recent experience. I needed help with several transactions for an upcoming trip. The requests were a bit complicated but still well within what banks normally assist with. I went to four Citi branches, two other KPCU locations, and one Chase branch with the exact same request. The level of customer service I received from Holly and Raj at the KPCU Milpitas location was by far the best. It was not even close. Holly and Raj are incredibly friendly and genuinely willing to help. The moment you walk into the branch, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I worked with Holly multiple times, and she treats every customer like a close friend. This branch truly feels like a neighborhood bank where the staff know their customers and are happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. Love it love it love it!! It is smaller than the previous location which was the same space but half the office. It no longer has teller counters for basic bank transactions Gone are the standing and waiting in line to deposit a check or make a withdrawal. I walked in and sat at one of the offices and sat in a plush grey booth. And if I didn't know any better I would have waited on for the hostess to give me menu and order sushi or get a boba. It is such a REFRESHING approach to banking and Keypoint gets an A++++++++++ rating. I had to get some cash and the person who was helping me went to the back and got my $. It was not in a register under her desk. I am thoroughly IMPRESSED by the level of service and attention to detail KEYPOINT has offered. I walked in this establishment on my 61st birthday with high hopes but didn't walk out with my happy dance because I didn't qualify for any of their incentives for new members and yet I did business here because my sister highly recommended this place and I wanted to give it a chance. I was convinced that this is where to bank with but not until I answered their survey. When I went back the nxt day to make an appt. with Mr. Michael Toy their financial adviser, ( btw very knowledgeable and professional ended up investing here too). So while I was waiting I was told that the bank manager wanted to see me about the review or survey I submitted. Lol oh no what did I do? But then it was all good for taking the time and giving my honest feedback they did good on their customer service for me a new member and for the person who recommended me. I now don't only like but love banking here because the people that work here really care about you and your business. Paperwork sometimes made me feel intimidated but they actually are kind, patient and explain it clearly. I was unable to remove my former review for some reason but wanted to be fair and post an update regarding the rouge ATM incident. The situation was swiftly addressed and resolved. The bank team took responsibility, looked into the incident and got back to me (several times in fact) to assure me that someone had actually been honest when they found my card in the rebooted AMT and had tossed it into the gated area of the bank where it was promptly shredded the next morning. I am pleased with how the situation was handled. It's easy to write a review when a vendor does something you don't like but it is far better to write an update when a company does their best to rectify a situation. read more

I stopped by the credit union since I was purchasing a used Jeep and the seller wanted cash instead of a cashier check (or bank draft). Unfortunately, the credit union could not fund me all the cash that I needed at the time. I use to have a account here along time ago. I only come here now to use the atm since theres no additional fees from my current credit union. I didnt care for their customer service and like alot of the other reviewers mentioned, their daily limitations on accessing your own money is a pain in the A**! You have to call and tell them to increase it if youre planning on spending or going over their set limit. The atm reimbursement is a pain also where you have to keep track and enter it in manually. If you forget youre out of luck. I finally had enough and switched over to a different credit union and have been much happier. 2 stars read more
