The reason why I'm giving it a one star is because you can't do no stars. I went here last year and had the most atrocious experience ever. The person that was assigned to do my pedicure obviously had zero experience whatsoever and appear to be under great pressure and stress from the owner who kept on checking in on her in retrospect I believe it's because he knew she had zero experience. I will let the picture speak 1 million words. This place never should've been a place to begin with beware and do not go here. My injury took approximately two months to heal completely and I still had to wait another two months before I could get another pedicure. The reason why I'm posting this review today is because they had the audacity to text me a message to go to their new salon because I guess this one closed or whatever! I had been going to Lucky nail 2 since they opened but the last few times have pushed me to stop going. They accept appointments for what purpose I have no idea. Wait times can be up to an hour past the actual appointment time. The quality has steadily declined and the owner has been so greedy. I stopped getting manicures here a year ago after the owner switched my tech so many times during one single manicure that 4 nails did not have a top coat, they were uneven and lifter within a few days. For such a large clean salon with so much potential it sad to see it decline. read more

Sadly my first review doesn't stand after my last time there. I made an appointment and they clearly forgot to actually book it. I arrive on time to be told I have to wait 15 minutes... I ask if that's how long no longer. They said yes. After waiting for 20 minutes I I inquire and apparently it will be another 10 minutes. Kevin is a great tech, but that can't be made up for when they have no problem wasting your time due to over booking appointments. I always arrive on time and tip extremely well, so it's disheartening when they turn what should be a relaxing experience into a stressful one. read more

Literally the worst nail job I have got in my life. my young nieces have done a better job at doing them just playing around. the gel is chunky, not smooth at all, and the design was done like she had her eyes closed while she was doing it. read more

The salon was spacious and appeared spotless. I had an appointment for a pedicure and found that after checking in I was just left to wait without any explanation. While waiting two other customers came in and were told that even though they had made appointments there was no one to give them manicures. One woman was told to wait but gave up after about 20 minutes and left. I was finally led to a back room for my pedicure. The woman who did the pedicure made no effort to converse. About half way through she answered her phone and carried on a very lengthy conversation through her ear buds. The massage chair was quite nice. The pedicure, however, left me with my still cracked and peeling heels which is why I went for a pedicure. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I've had much better pedicures. read more

This is the most gorgeous nail salon I've been to. So lovely and such great staff all around. What a treat!

Bridal party and posse- 10 women with various needs for manicures. Some in the group got gel/acrylic/regular and some got pedicures. The building was clean, the quality of work was excellent, and we had a fabulous time. We were there for a while but they offered water, juice, champagne, and snacks for everyone to accommodate. We are all very pleased! Thank you Maria, Michelle, Minh, and crew Update: we were able to convince the men of our crew to come in the following day. We were a group of 7 and all got pedicures and some more female family members got manicures after seeing how ours looked so nice. They were very professional especially since for many of the men in our group it was their first time in a nail salon. It's called lucky nails because you're lucky if they take you, even with an appointment. Since it's out of my way, it was a waste of time to show up and have them tell me they can't take me until a few hours later than the appointment I made. I really like this salon if you can get past the absolutely awful scheduling problems they have. For what it's worth, I love getting my nails done with Cielo, but I'm starting to look elsewhere for another salon to make my regular place. read more

My nails were ruined the first day! I've been getting dip powder for years and decided to try this place based off of the great reviews I saw. The environment and check in process feel super luxurious! There's an array of snacks and beverages available as well. It gives the impression of a lush, elegant place. The prices are listed on a tv that rotates different slides containing various services. I was shocked to see that dip powder STARTED at $50! I decided to stay, simply thinking the expensive prices were due to the great environment. I got one color on my natural nails. The tech had to fix 2 nails that had broken so that was $10 extra. It's $10 to soak off prior gel/dip. It also costs to shape your nail. I walked out of there spending almost $80 with tip for a basic dip manicure. Only 4 hours later the polish began to peel and crack. Within 5 days, almost all of the nails have begun doing the same, with one nail completely peeled. Luckily it's a simple glitter color so it's not super obvious, but for $80... my dip powder should've lasted more than a few days. I highly recommend this salon upgrades the quality of their products to go along with their environment they show--especially for their price points!! I will not be back. read more

I really wanted to like this place but I don't think I'll be back. I made an appointment for a pedicure and UV gel fill...and was there for almost 3 hours. The salon wasn't packed, it just seemed a bit unorganized. The girl who did my pedicure seemed very inexperienced & barely gave me a massage. She moved like molasses when she cut and filed my toes, it was as if it was her first time. Not sure if anyone's noticed that they use Dove body wash as a pedicure tool? Seemed odd. The owner started my fill, I told him I was unhappy with my last fill as it lifted like crazy - he replied that no, the girl actually did a great job and I should tell her to come work for him. Again, just odd. He kept getting up to attend to management duties which I get, but by the end 3 different people ended up working on my fill. On one of his returns I had to point out that my nail was still lifting and had to ask again for it to be filed correctly as I didn't want to get a nail fungus from water getting in there. My nails ended up looking good but I couldn't wait to get out of there as I'd been there for hours and the experience just wasn't relaxing. read more

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened. The nail technicians, especially Michelle, are wonderful. However, every time, although I had a appointment, I've had to wait. I don't mind waiting 5 - 10 minutes but the last 2 times, it's been 40 then 30 minutes wait. Today, I walked out. The owner then called me with excuses and when I said that as a customer, I should be told when the wait is going to be long, he starting arguing with me so I hung up. He called back and started again. The owner of this salon is rude to his employees. Yells at them in front of customers. Others have said the same thing. I will not be going back to this salon and it's a shame because his employees suffer because of him. read more

Walking in you are immediately greeted by a very welcoming staff. The Spa is spacious modern and immaculate. Nancy was wonderful and very professional. Horrible experience do not waste your time!!! Waited over a hour when I had an appointment. I needed a color change since my pedicure I received the day before was chunky and had air bubbles. Was taking walk in pedicures after I had been waiting and then when I ask if i'm going to be seen i was told " my appointment is cancelled " I drove a half hour there and waited a half hour there just to drive a half hour back with still my chunky gel nail polish. It is a beautiful spa & the decór is gorgeous, however the boss was extremely rude to me because I did not want a fill only a removal of my nails & he said they don't offer that service. What nail spa doesn't remove nails?... Thankfully a young lady stepped in & said she can do it for me but the owner seemed upset about it, then I witnessed him yell at 2 of his employees. I couldn't believe my eyes! Very unprofessional!!! That was my First and last time I go there. It's very upsetting because the location is near to my house & I could've been a loyal client!
