The music playing and the images on the large screens were very relaxing!! The place itself is dingy and outdated and not too clean looking. There's a dog bed and bunch of his toys laying around... the girl who worked on me, decides to get up from my feet to pet her dog and then comes back to work on my feet without washing her hands! The towels on the table need to be replaced with new ones. There really needs to be a review of nail salons with their grading on the outside window.... And with all the new places opening up, or older ones refreshing themselves, think place should step it up A LOT, If they want to stay open.... Nails didn't even come out great. They sat her in the chair for under 30 seconds and said "ok" but, there is an $80 deposit. I went in, gave them the $80 deposit for a $250 treatment, made an appointment, got a receipt and left. I called and left a voicemail the day before her appointment to cancel. Never received a call back. We are now requesting a refund for the $80 deposit and being denied being told there is a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Nowhere on the receipt or in plain viewing is there any notice of a 48 cancellation notice. My wife called to see if maybe they could apply the $80 for a simple haircut for my daughter, they said no. To think they won't refund us is unfathomable.
