There was a steady flow of people but it wasn't overly crowded around 1:30pm. There's parking in front and around the side. The space is clean and bright. My technician was Lucy and she offered me a drink (soda, water, tea) which was really nice. I got the classic gel pedi ($55) an acrylic fill with gel ($45) + chrome (+$15). The pedi was relaxing - I like the scrub that they use - and massage chairs are solid. Overall she did a good job with everything (if I'm being a little picky, some corners were sharp versus smooth/rounded and the dark color felt like I might have needed a third coat to be more even). The acrylic fill was not bad. With the drill, sometimes it was a little too rough on my cuticles to the point I was wincing or said "ow" a couple of times (this left my fingers a little sore the next day). Some of the acrylic powder didn't make it all the way to the edge of my nail on two fingers. The painting was decent; though some of the nails had too much paint so it was on my cuticle. For the chrome, it was pretty but this being my first time ever, I didn't know until after that I ended up getting more of just a shimmer (versus something like the Hailey Bieber glazed donut/reflective chrome look). All in all, the experience was pleasant and I'd come to this nail spa again! **Update:** it's been just past two weeks post service and many of the edges of the acrylic seem lifted. My one thumb nail, both the acrylic and chrome/paint has chipped off around the tip. Not sure if I'd go back for another acrylic fill here now... Overall I will say I was super pleased by how attentive and careful the ladies here are and how quick they are to response and get you in and out. The rush wasn't one of your we're going to do a half ass job just to get you out of here but rush like I will do it gently cause I am doing two clients at once but both of us walked out of there with bomb nails. I was also surprised at the woman power in this salon. Some dude (ethnicity will not be disclosed) kept rambling about how girls sucks and his daughter is shit and how he's proud of kicking her out and beating her in public because this is America and us kids want to have it the American way and the salon owner went offfffff and I mean like in the nicest way possible telling him to sock it and then even said good bye hope you have a nice day. My service cost me around $95 without tip. Robert(also the owner) was the technician who did my manicure. He was pleasant. It had been over a month since I went for a manicure. He didn't clean around my nails or spend a lot of time filing them. He immediately went in to buffing them down and applying polish. He nicked my skin on multiple fingers with the drill buffer. He never made a comment or apology about that, though it was obvious. It pinches and hurts now. The color came out beautiful, but I didn't receive any lotion or a massage at the end. You should not come out of a mani with dry looking and nicked fingers. For a similar or less price I have received a better manicure at other establishments. Ana did my pedicure and I have no complaints. She did a great job and I was very comfortable. My toes look great!
