She was kind and informative and asked me if I needed help as soon as she saw me. There was also a gentleman that greeted us when we first went into the store. He was very kind and very friendly as well and I later found out that he is the owner. It was so nice to see an owner on the floor interacting with customers. I can't say enough nice things about the staff and the store. The fish seemed very healthy and very active, and the tanks were exceptionally clean. Before today, I wasn't even aware that this store was here and I am so thankful that they are and I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

My little guy was great during the wash. After I tried to take him around the store but he was being bratty. I had to clean a few of his messes. At that point I just brought him home instead of getting a treat. The service was great. They showed me how to use the tub and they had doggie soap for washing. They also supplied dry towels. They have a dryer, I've never tried one with my little guy so I didn't bother to use it. It made it much easier than washing him at home.

The only animal I wouldn't suggest holding would be the dwarf hamsters... Instead of assisting us, she and her coworker spent time cleaning up around the birds. (It should have only taken ONE person) We had difficulty finding the correct size and needed help. But the 2 associates kept sweeping, talking and laughing together. When we finally found a harness, we took it to the register. Finally one woman came up. We asked if she could help us making sure the harness was correct. She helped, rang us up and that was that. No thank you.
