Glad I found this spot. It's a no-frills kind of place that your old skool (Grand)father might enjoy -- there's a TV, a few chairs for clients to sit in, Henry and one barber stool. Quiet on the inside. A couple regulars arrived and knew the drill. Sit down and relax. Henry listened to the haircut I wanted and then got to work. He took his time and worked leisurely, no rush to get me out the chair which I truly appreciate. I was so happy with the haircut at the price that I gladly paid for two. If I'm ever back and need a haircut, I hope to visit Henry again.

Roger charged me only $13 (so I tip well) whereas a small well-known place in Downtown Portland wanted $40! 2-hour free street parking in front of his shop.
