Roger doesn't take reservations but maybe his partner does - you'd have to check. Small old fashioned shop with just two chairs, not the hip millennial, pierced/tattooed place the younger crowd may prefer - and just perfect for me. My cut was fast and better than most I've paid double for. Roger charged me only $13 (so I tip well) whereas a small well-known place in Downtown Portland wanted $40! 2-hour free street parking in front of his shop.
