(Many companies only do large corporate events) Kes was the Event Coordinator who walked me through the whole process. When I had questions, she replied within 24 hours. There were no surprise fees at the end. The two dealers that came to our house for the party were great. They arrived an hour early as planned, were dressed professionally and had everything set up and ready before we were. The dealers were personable and engaged. They taught people who didn't know how to play and gave helpful tips. I requested roulette and blackjack. I'm not a gambler so I can't say whether the tables were the standard size that you would find at a real casino, but the quality of them was sturdy for being transportable and in excellent condition. I don't know if I'll ever have the need to host another casino night, but if I do, I will definitely use Colorado Casino Nights again!

This is the only negative review I've written about any of our wedding vendors. We went with these guys because they were in Fort Collins since we got married near there, they seemed reasonable in price (cheaper than most of those we got quotes from), and they had good reviews overall. However... I was not impressed. They started out seemingly easy to speak with and get info from, but immediately after we made a down payment I started struggling with them and it continually got worse the closer we got to our wedding. There were times I felt they lacked in responsiveness to questions we had, they were unhelpful and often rude in answering questions the closer we got to the wedding, and made our payment process super difficult (we accidentally cut a check that was an over payment and instead of simply providing a refund they added stress to our plate by voiding the check and making us render new payment - I've not had other vendors in the past do something like that so I was super shocked at how unprofessional they were in handling this, and this was never discussed with us as a company policy of theirs so we were caught off guard). Even being on the other side of our event by a couple weeks I'm still so frustrated with how we were treated. Also, I recommend to all other couples looking to get married carefully read the fine print, they will gauge you for anything they can (be it removing a line item and being fined for it or outrageous cost for setup that they didn't discuss ahead of time). I felt like the closer we got to the wedding the harder and more frustrating they were to work with, and didn't even give us an adequate delivery time window until basically right before the wedding which was very difficult when we were trying to juggle so much stuff at the same time. Thankfully everything got delivered and picked up and seemingly without trouble, but ultimately I will never again rent from them and wouldn't recommend them to others. Additionally the owner's inability to take feedback and work with a customer to remedy their experience shows to me a lack of effective leadership and a disregard for their customers. Ultimately to me reiterates that had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have done business with them.

I explained that I had recently moved to the area and that my ID was still from out of state, but she made me feel as if I were lying or trying to cheat the system. What hurt the most was seeing another person come in right after me with the exact same pass--yet they weren't asked to show any ID or questioned at all. As a Hispanic parent, I couldn't help but feel that I was being singled out and treated differently because of how I look. This wasn't just rude--it felt discriminatory. I came to enjoy time with my child and instead left feeling embarrassed, judged, and completely unwelcome. A place meant for children and families should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, and that was absolutely not my experience here.

So after already driving 20 minutes here from Fort Collins, your suggestion is to drive another 30+ minutes? That's not a solution, it's brushing customers off. I understand policies exist. What I don't understand is making the decision to close early, giving customers absolutely no warning, then acting as though it's somehow their problem. We could have turned around and left, but that would have crushed our three-year-old, who had been looking forward to this all day. So instead we paid full price for less than an hour because of a decision your business made, not ours. The lack of communication was bad enough. The complete lack of basic social skills, empathy, or even an attempt to make the situation right made it far worse. This came across as lazy, dismissive, and completely indifferent to the customer experience. Really upset and incredibly disappointed. Bad business call too, she turned away multiple people. After advertising the event on social media, we arrived on the day of the event to set things up and the owner of the Garden Room told us to leave. We introduced ourselves and offered our hand for a handshake and he ignored it. We told the owner we had booked his venue with his manager. The owner said, "Well, They Didn't approve it with me!" and told us to leave. We had a friendly event planned and invited the opposition to attend. We found out later the owner has strong political views toward the ultra right and supports the opposition who wants to destroy public education by selling out our public schools for profit. Regardless of his political views, his manager scheduled his venue for this rally and the owner did not honor it on the day we were to hold it. Buyer beware. You cannot trust your event to be held here. Disgraceful!
