When we asked a worker he said to pick out our prizes and he'd be back to get them out instead since the machine was broken. They have a system where you pay ahead online and reserve your lane for however many games you want they only give you 30 minutes per game. They were just three of us and we would have finished in 30 minutes for both our games but at least 15 to 20 times our ball was stuck so we were delayed getting our ball back along with again over 10 times the pins were stuck in the air and weren't coming back down. The family beside us which had three lanes shared the ball release lane with us, so they were buzzing them through their little system there which would stall their clock, but not ours therefore we didn't get to finish our second game When I tried to talk to two different people at the counter, especially a middle-aged woman there obviously she could care less, she was very robotic, would not budge on giving us our last two go rounds on our game nor a refund and said because every time we had a delay the clock stopped, which was not true yet I found out from the people next to me which had a large group they were given 10 extra minutes after their clock ran out to finish their game, even though their clock had been stopping every time they hit the button for trouble That's how you wanna spend your time constantly calling for help Nothing was consistent or smooth Janky place!
