We celebrated my 9 year old daughter's birthday here with a pretty big group and it was honestly such a great experience! We originally paid for up to 12 kids, but more ended up coming, and anything extra could just be added to the final bill at the end, which made everything so much easier. Another huge plus was the parking. It was very convenient, especially when you're coming with kids, birthday stuff, gifts, and a big group. Not having to stress about where everyone was going to park made the whole experience even better from the beginning. The adults were able to order alcoholic drinks too and add them to the bill. The food was surprisingly really good, and having unlimited food and pizza was incredible, especially with that many kids. What really stood out to me was the service. The manager and supervisor were always around checking on us and making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. I never felt like I had to go looking for someone or worry about anything. Everyone had a great time, not just the kids but the adults too. Everything felt organized, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and for everything that was included, I honestly don't think the price was bad at all. If you're looking for a place to have a birthday party, especially with a bigger group, I definitely recommend it. I went in around 2:30 pm today (Thurs.) and a wonderful lady at the front desk assisted us. She was kind to us, in spite of being by herself, working the front desk. I felt as ease, because I explained to her we are really bad at bowling like maybe will probably not hit a pin at all. Without batting an eye, she put on gutters on our lanes and treated us with such care and patiently helped us with everything (our shoes, pressing the keyboard, and putting money on our arcade card). Her name starts with an A, and I also keep her anonymous, but at the same time, I want to also shout her out for helping us today and really making our day! Overall, we definitely had a great time. I went with family around 4pm and didn't have to wait for anything to open, which was a huge plus. We were able to start bowling and ordering drinks right away, and the service was fast and extremely friendly. The bowling itself was a lot of fun, and we were offered arcade cards -- plus it's half-off arcade games on Wednesdays, which I'm obsessed with. The food was good overall. We ordered fries, mozzarella sticks, artichoke dip with chips, pizza, and dessert. Everything hit the spot. The only downside was that my cookie was a bit underbaked and softer than I prefer. I came here with fellow Yelpers Mei C and Lonnie along with our daughters on grand opening day and it was so damn crowded! We got free gift cards of 10 points each for arcade and those went by fast! I kept playing the vending machines with my daughter and luckily we won a blue rubber duck! It was very cute although these machines were very tough to play. My daughter did not really like the ambience of the bowling alley because the music was blasting our ears really loud! We had to get a break from the loud music in the bathroom with the door closed! A relief for few minutes and back out we went with my daughter throwing a tantrum. Also I don't know why the baby self changing diaper station is literally at the door of the bathroom. What inconvenience! Anyone who opens the door can just bang the door at the diaper station, which is what happened to my daughter while I was changing her diaper. It was bad and very shocking. Hopefully they can relocate the diaper station away from the door or in a better area. So back to the bowling alley, we added our names in the system and it was so hard to distinguish whose turn it was. The screen above us displayed all the names but never flashed whose turn it was so we were all confused. I accidentally went on someone's turn when it was not even my turn. They need to update and reconfigure their system to flash the players turn instead of letting us figure out whose turn it was. The good thing about this grand opening event was the free light bite appetizers that were going around. I made sure to grab a couple! They got nacho, hamburger sliders, and chicken so that was a good perk of the day! read more

We had a blast at lucky strike queens as it was a friend's birthday and we bowled, played arcade games and munched on sliders , pretzels and other goodies before the ice cream cake came out .Plenty of colorful space with many bowling lanes , auto scoreing and mucho room to sit and enjoy it all. Place is fairly new and it looks amazing including how width it is from one end to the another with all the giant screens and bright colors .I love to bowl and even if you don't it's still a great place to come and hang out to grab some food and drinks .Will be back real soon , 4.5 stars on my yelp meter For atmosphere, service , food , drinks and total fun . read more

I rented some lanes for a birthday party. I disliked that there was a lack of transparency regarding gratuity. The contract does not state that 20% tip is included and it was sprung on me when I was about to leave for the night. I don't mind providing gratuity but as a business, you need to be upfront with customers so they will come back. The food is mediocre, I would pass on the nachos (very unflavorful). The mixed platter is decent, definitely for 5-6 people to share. I also noticed that the waiter with the thick mustache was eating out of people's plates before serving it. This is not cool and I won't be eating here again as a health precaution. read more

We had our sons 4th birthday party today and it was simply amazing! We booked with Sarah Velez through the site and she was so helpful and kind throughout, answering my every question. Our host was Dexter and he was so great! From beginning to end he had a smile and met our every need; super helpful and kind. Everything was set up for us when we go there and we just put up our ballon's and banner. The food was great and everyone enjoyed; kids and adults! The kids enjoyed the bowling and the arcade so much! They even gave us extra arcade cards! All in all, so worth it, my son enjoyed and so glad we did our party here! Thank you!!! read more

This bowling alley stinks all the way to high heaven!!! the music was too loud I almost went deaf and I couldn't hear myself talking to people unless I had to have my ear close to them. if I would of known this was going be a revocation I should of never came in the first place. I had to wait for a text message from them after I signed up just to bowl for free and eat free food that was without any amount of charge. let me tell you something... when I waited 10 minutes I got so annoyed and frastrated trying to figure out what to do. I felt like I was going through anxiety and I left without waiting to be called. this is one of the worst bowling alleys I have been to and it you are looking for a decent standard bowling alley do yourself a favor... go to Jib Lanes or Whitestone Lanes you won't be disappointed. but, this bowling alley... is a joke and if you go there early or late you have to wait almost all day to be called once you're on their list. I left and I never bowled or ate their food. I didn't waste my time staying at this dump of a bowling alley that looks like a ghetto museum. I will not ever come back to this god awful bowling alley again. bad customer service and horrible loud music. most people said on the reviews that the food is not good being mid. I can't disagree because I saw a group of people eating food that was pizza, nachos, and donuts. they looked like they came out of a garage can. Disgusting!!! read more
