Great service at the beginning when we ordered drinks and food...there were 4 people at the bar with 2 workers behind the bar. My group had 3 of the 4 people. I waited over 20 minutes with an empty drink...one bartender looked at all 3 of our empty drinks multiple times and still just went back to leaning against the bar, texting on her phone. Finally, some new people came in that sat on the same side of the bar as us so we could ask for our bills. Terrible experience. Not sure I will ever go back, especially if that bartender is on. just now NEW We usually have great service and great food at Lucky's but not this evening. Our order was taken and served in a timely manner but that was the last we saw our server. Drinks were never refilled, we were never checked on, and we waited and waited for the check. We went to the bar and asked for the bill and a box. The bartender brought them. I told her that usually we get great service but tonight it was embarrassingly poor. We could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. She then got snippy. "Yes we would have!" I responded that no, they wouldn't. She then ripped the check and card from my husband's hand and said "Well, I hope this is your last time here!" as she turned her heels and headed away. We love going to Lucky's often, it's close to home for us and has really great bar food and is a fun small town bar with a really nice patio in summer. They have amazing wraps, fries and pizza. Sometimes it can be hard to get a seat at the bar because it's normally pretty busy when we go. But service is always pretty good. read more

A few coworkers and I went for lunch. The bar only had two other tables to that had customers, and one group actually came in after us. They were waited on first. That kind of made me upset. Our orders were taken and when we got them, there were errors and omissions. They corrected the omission but we only had an hour for lunch so I didn't even bother having them fix my sandwich. I went to lunch and the food was delicious. I had the Buffalo rub chicken wings. You get a huge basket of wings (1 pound). The wings are nice size. The rub was tasty not overly spicy. I will stop in the next time I am in the area. Service was also attentive. read more
