They offer all kinds of services from nails, pedicures and waxing. Their price point is comparable to other salons but the quality you get here is the absolute best. It is located in the Deland Publix plaza so there is plenty of parking. I bought gift certificates for family members over Christmas. One of them was at the salon and five…read moreminutes before the appointment the nail technician canceled it at the last minute. My relative was so upset they vowed never to go there again. And then, the other person I bought one for refused to go because of it. Then, I thought I would use it myself and have a Mani Pedi done. However, the nail technician was a really sexist female and refused to do a man's nails. So, if you are a man, then you should definitely steer clear of this sexist establishment. It took over a month to get my money back for the gift certificates because the nail technician had spent the money without performing the services. Even though I had bought the gift certificates from the salon attendant, they refused to give me my money back and made the nail technician return the money. The nail technician cried and complained that it was my fault she didn't have the money to return. She had spent the money before performing the service. The sexist person kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why she couldn't return my money right away. I went around in circles over this money and it was both embarrassing and inconvenient. I will never consider these independent operators, if you will, for any salon services! The company will take your money, but refused to give it back.

She did not use a round brush or any hair product and did not attempt to style my hair in any way. But this was the only part she took literally, because when we discussed what I wanted, I asked for a "longer bob," showing her the picture of a blonde with a long bob several inches past her shoulders, "but with more of a side bang, like this," showing her a picture of a brunette with a shorter bob and a more dramatic side bang. When she asked to confirm the length, I told her I wanted it just PAST my shoulders. She did not ask any further questions and proceeded to cut my hair just ABOVE my shoulders. When I realized what she had done, it was too late. I was informed at checkout when I handed her my credit card that they only take cash or check.
