Sandy goes out of her way to work for YOU, not herself. I can not stress that enough since most agents just want to close the deal and move on because to them 10k here or there doesn't mean a lot in their commision. Working on one deal Sandy already got the property discounted $45k which was almost 10% of the deal price but wanted to go after $5k more. I mean this in the nicest way possible but Sandy is a Bulldog when it comes to working for her client. I could go on and on about her always keeping us in mind when properties come available, making the time to show us anything we wanted when we wanted. However I think the most salient point is this, the last property the owners left a ton of junk behind and Sandy took it on herself to pay a company to come and not only move all the junk out but also clean it up, change out the locks and cover the termite tenting. We did not ask her to do any of those things but she did. I always say you can define a relationship not when everything is going good but when something goes wrong. Time and time again Sandy has without even a word jumped right in the middle of things going wrong and gone out of her way to make it often, beyond right. You should use Sandy if not for anything else her access to everyone and anyone in the industry, you need a window guy, she has one, you need some sort of expertise inspection, she knows a guy, you need a tree guy she'll find one. I know this sounds a little over the top and I am trying not to make it sound that way but when I find someone that knows what they are doing and is great at it I feel like I need to let everyone know.
