Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. He was very reasonable, showed up when he promised he would, and is quick with quotes, and communicating. The first project was leveling and securing my cement front steps. He did quality work. Then he installed cabinets and a new sink in my first and second floor kitchens. Once again excellent quality work. I scheduled additional cabinets installation, and some repairs of a door between rooms that came off track. He did electrical, plumbing, and cement work for me. All done very well and looked wonderful upon completion. Any hurdles that occurred he was able to provide a solution. I give Mohawk Valley Handyman Services the highest possible praise! That would make it false advertising. * end of update I'm not pleased with their handling of my project. The website shows pictures of a fence install. I contacted them to set up a quote and received two text messages. First to contact them to dis uss and then today telling me they don't handle fence installs. WTH?!?! They instead referred me to someone else. I'm not pleased that this was handled this way. I doubt very much that I'll ever use them given they can't even handle normal business communication properly.
