The water never got hot. So by chance I ran into Wayne and he gave me his card. Thank God for him. Wayne knew right away what the problem was. Not only was my hot water heater hooked up wrong inside the house, but under the house the connection was crossed. This man is golden in my book. He is reliable and trustworthy. He recently came back to change my switch on my well and when he looked at it he said it didn't need to be changed. The man is honest. We talked about me needing a filter for the well water. He put one in under my sink instead of out side. YES! Under my sink , which in fact is so much more convenient. The man is brilliant!

When called again to say things were getting worse (And I was told they would come by the day I left three messages) I was told I got two phone calls that went to voice mail. Cell phones have record of missed call and there were no missed calls. I was told I was rude for calling three times-and then proceeded to be told they would not help me -on a weekend as situation got worse. I see from other customers And they came right away. Maybe I am an unusual case. Maybe some people gave up and went to someone else. When I got a lecture rather than an apology it was too much.

Extremely impressed with the work and the equipment. Called in the AM with a very slowing draining…read moresewer and Phill called me back early afternoon and arrived 30 minutes later. Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. Decided to have him continue cleaning the line and then flush it for one final step to remove all the residue. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

He was very reasonable, showed up when he promised he would, and is quick with quotes, and communicating. The first project was leveling and securing my cement front steps. He did quality work. Then he installed cabinets and a new sink in my first and second floor kitchens. Once again excellent quality work. I scheduled additional cabinets installation, and some repairs of a door between rooms that came off track. He did electrical, plumbing, and cement work for me. All done very well and looked wonderful upon completion. Any hurdles that occurred he was able to provide a solution. I give Mohawk Valley Handyman Services the highest possible praise! You can be sure your project will be done with awesome results!

That would make it false advertising. * end of update I'm not pleased with their handling of my project. The website shows pictures of a fence install. I contacted them to set up a quote and received two text messages. First to contact them to dis uss and then today telling me they don't handle fence installs. WTH?!?! They instead referred me to someone else. I'm not pleased that this was handled this way. I doubt very much that I'll ever use them given they can't even handle normal business communication properly.
