Little did I know that I had stumbled upon one of the best travel agencies I have ever used. Seriously. My first cruise was fabulous thanks to Linda. It was so great, I took an impromptu (we are talking I woke up and said "hey I wanna cruise right now) last minute decision. Not only did she book me on a wonderful 5 day getaway to Bermuda, but the upgrades and requests and travel time was brilliantly done. I literally just lacked my bags and went. I used her to book a vacation to Riviera Maya in Mexico. The absolute most beautiful vacation I have been on. Everything is seemless when I deal directly with Linda. I tell her what I want, where I want to go, how long and how much. She takes care of the rest. The only thing I have to worry about is getting to the airport to catch a flight. I have heard horror stories from some people about travel agencies and I am shocked. I didn't realize how lucky I was until I had heard about vacation nightmares that could have easily been prevented. I always recommend Linda. I have sent multiple people to her and they are also amazed. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has first class taste. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else! As a side, she has been working tirelessly on an upcoming vacation my boyfriend and I want to take. We provided a list of 4 places we wanted to go and she has emailed me multiple choices for each location. I receive emails at 8am and emails at 9 at night. She doesn't slow down, always thinking and always trying to make her clients happy. Truly a gem of a business!

Diane shared her Disney knowledge with us and made valuable recommendations. The biggest thing that Diane did for us was get our dining reservations and thanks to her we scored many "hard to get" venues during one of the busiest travel weeks expected at Disney (it became a record attendance week). She saved me from the pressure of navigating Disney dining reservation logistics 60 days before our trip (would have been stressful for me). This included Space 220 at Epcot, which was probably one of the top memorable dining experiences and atmospheres I've ever had. She answered many questions we had all the way to the very end, and even during the trip. I know many people are reluctant to use travel agents because they are unsure how it works and are afraid they won't get access to discounts or even worse will spend more money using a travel agent. So many people think "oh I can just research this by myself" because all of the information is so much more accessible on the internet nowadays. While it is true that there are some people who can indeed plan many cost effective vacations all by themselves, it is not true that using an agent will make things more expensive. I paid no "extra fee" to use Diane. You can look up on your own how travel agents get paid or talk to Diane yourself. It is also okay to admit that there are some vacations where you can indeed benefit from an expert, and I believe Disney is one of those vacations. If you are limited in time, or feel you already have a busy life, please consider saving yourself valuable hours filtering information about a Disney vacation completely on your own. If you consider your time as valuable as money, then it is absolutely worth it to use Diane. Relieve pressure on yourself to plan the "perfect vacation" and save the mental drain of reading every blog and internet article out there until you fall asleep at night after a long day --- just make the step and call Diane! We were very happy with Diane's support during our trip. She has my strongest recommendation for planning Disney vacations.

Yesterday…read moreI wish I had brought in what I needed have to have to get it because there is a bit of a line a head of me here today (staff coming back from lunch? 1 hour wait but seems to be moving along now that someone is attending to the people waiting to get a license) The lady who checked me in was very sweet and seemed to enjoy her job very much, she is also the person who informed me the day before what I needed. None the less being that this is a new location it is very clean with comfortable couches and chairs. The mens room has a unique sink where it has the soap dispenser, faucet, and hand dryer all in one. There is a classroom as you walk in to the right where you can see all the next batch of young drivers learning the rules of the road, whether they follow them is another story I am sure I will be checking in here down the road when I plan a trip down south. Looking forward to avoiding the dmv lines going forward too. If you find yourself having to wait go to Pizza Palace right next door and order some grub. Cash only, but the food is delicious!!!
