I took them from their main office in Springfield to Hartford & though we had many others taking this to go to NYC this firm got the mark due to a few things. First they got a terminal with a restroom 7 if you go far they got a stop along the way so you can stretch & go to relieve yourself. Prices are reasonable & the music they get is satellite radio which plays Puerto Rican/Hip-Hop/Sports Radio or whatever they get signal wise or if people ask for such. Vans are mostly ranging from 10-15 passenger capacity & yes they got the standard things asked by the FMCSA like emergency exit signs & fire extinguisher & probably flares/triangles if flat or breakdown occurs. All in all this is a jewel in disguise that many should take advantage of & they got branches in MA, RI, CT NY, NJ, PA.
